Today's race was much less intense than the last two with the EVE F3. We were blown away by the speed of Ricardo and the early race fight with Caitlin for P3 detached us from a potential slipstream on the back of Gert-Jan's car...
I doubt I would have kept his pace today as I took a wild bet to incorporate some of Ricardo's last-minute advice on the setup which didn't deliver on my hands. The pace I managed to sustain during the race was a few tens slower than what I had managed with my own setup. So a lesson (that should be well known by now) not to engage in last-minute changes that haven't been properly tested...
I only include the 'intense' part of the race in the video today. The rest was really a boring lap after lap around the historic Spielberg track.
I enjoyed the fight with Caitlin and look forward to the Belgium special with the EVE family. Enjoy!
