what a great race! wanted to win it so badly but couldnt make passes stick and i tried everything and everywhere ( xcept butts3x ).
Best race EVER!!!! Phew that was pressure all the way. First from Jim after I took the lead from 3rd on the grid at the beginning, and then from Toni. Once Jim span out I thought I would be able to relax a bit but then Toni quickly closed the gap. From then on I had to go into super defence mode. With about half the race still left I thought there was little chance of a win. But every time Toni got a sniff of the lead I was able to fend him off. Several times he tried overtaking around the oval but every time he went high I went low and just managed to hold on. The only time he did get the lead around the oval I went high opening up the run down through T1 to T2 and only just managed to keep hold of the car and got the lead back. Towards the end I nearly lost the car several times coming down to T2. I was almost on full opposite lock and the each time the car slid towards the corner. I was shaking at the finish and rather sweaty. Thanks to Jim and Toni for making this a race I will remember for a very long time. Think I will save the replay file. Well done to my team mate Ed for 3rd
