Weird that you can't check the server settings. Disappointing.

Ah, thanks Ken. That did the trick. Had forgotten all about that F1 1988 third party showroom.

Oh, wouldn't that be epic if we didn't have private qualy on? I'd love that xD

LOL, I've put it on because everybody is always complaining that they can't get a free lap ;)

Oh, I know! But my purely personal opinion is finding clear air is part of the intrigue, challenge and strategy of qualifying and multiclass is for. And it's what you need a good SimHub dashboard (with a live track map!) and some timing for too. I have been feeling robbed of a lot of fun by PQ, but as you say, there were much louder voices :)

Well, if enough people say they don't want it anymore, I can take it out for the next events.

Ummm, I'm good where it's at now but I'm just one voice. :)

Congrats John! Congrats to finishers!. I for some reason just find this track tuff. Not the biggest fan but it's a track that requires some mental toughness. It wears me out.

I tried to steer clear of the Senna's but it was tough sometimes.

Kept a eye on Barrett. He almost jumped me during my pit. I believe he didn't take tires. He almost had me.

    Overall, I had fun.

    Cheers.

I think Marcos disco'd. I waited 2 laps for him to catch up when he re-joined, but then saw he was still a lap behind. Then I just went.

What a wonderful race. 1 real mistake where the brain fade kicked in braking for the hairpin, but the balance was abysmal at the start of the race because of the aero balance of the car. Repaired and knocked the rear wing down 1 and the car felt incredible. I'd softened the car up a lot too as we've been having issues with the car becoming too stiff once the tyres are up to temp and I've never been so happy with how the car felt on long runs. Shows just how good RF2 is at communication!
Congrats to John and Johnny, podium finishers and all who got to the end. Was a gruelling race from start to finish, I can only imagine what might have been if I'd set the wing right as I was intending to >.<

Next time, I'm coming for you Barrett <3

Enjoyed today, Sennas still pick stupid passing points but generally a good day except for the closest of escapes ever....

Yes we are talking cm's from loosing the tail. A 360 under the bridge and straight back to reaching the end.

Not a view you want to have at that point..

    Grats to John and Johnny!

I love this track. But i wasted too much practice time trying to get the GT3 to handle like the GTE thru that fast right hand kink. Rookie mistake. Drive the car you're driving, not the one you drove last time. Didn't spend enough time just running laps with a car that felt OK, but not perfect. If i had, it may have convinced me that softs and a change were the better choice.

It was it was apparent from lap 2 that Mr. G was going to run away with this one, so i just tried to avoid mistakes. Which i did successfully, until toward the end when the car became a bit unbalanced after i tried to improve my personal best on a couple laps and over heated the rears.

Apologies again, to John and Marcos. The closing speed of the Sennas was so great here, combined with the elevation changes and constant winding of the layout. They didn't look very close as dots on the track line entering one corner and they weren't in my mirrors, then suddenly a turn or two later Chief would say "faster car approaching", as if he were giving me plenty of time to react, but i'd look as i exited that corner and they were right on my ass. Kudos to both for handling my clumsyness so well!

Watchin' my mirrors Eike. You were definitely flying in that second stint.

very good race, 3rd with 22 seconds ahead of the 4th at 38 minutes from the end when I get kicked from the server (back to the online menu), not an internet connection problem.
I thought I had already had all the possible problems with rf2, but I had not yet experienced this one.
    very disappointed

That's a shame with such a good result up to that point.
