Change to Rank Calculations

The driver rank calculation has changed to include an experience factor. The more events you complete the higher the experience factor. If you have completed 10 or more events then your rank has increased. At 25 events, the factor increases again. An increase will occur at 50, 100, 150, etc... This change applies to overall rank as well as each car type ranking. The same scale is applied to all.
