Is Qualifying the full 20 minutes and is it split into 2 classes or all together?

Qualifying is 15 minutes + 5 minutes warmup. Both classes go out together.

Shouldn't all "AIDS" be set to "OFF" and we use the car settings?

If you like driving with a constant flat spot that becomes worse lap by lap, you can set it to off :)

No I don't. That is what makes it interesting / challenging / rewarding; driving correctly to avoid flat spots.
ABS also completely changes the driving style. Personally I think we should use the most realistic settings possible.

ps : Was ABS allowed in the Le Mans race?
I thought that SRO always put the artificial aids to off

For Le Mans ABS was set to low.

    Ahhhhh...
    That explains a few things.
So you are staying with ABS with the Endurance league? :(

It's not mandatory, it's an option. If you don't want to use it, then switch it off. :)

    You are missing my point.
    - These GTE cars IRL do not have ABS.
    - SRO in general tries to keep things as real as possible.
--> So we should not have ABS IMHO

Evidently the ABS can be turned off. But that puts the people who do not use it at a disadvantage compared to people who use it.

Poll: do you want low ABS or no ABS?

I have been called out that I had put Low ABS in the Endurance events.
It is true that the GTE's and LMP's do not have ABS, but since most of us are not professional drivers, I fear that a lot of us will destroy our tires within a few laps with multiple flat spots in every event. It's quite hard not to lock up your tires in heavy braking zones without ABS. That is why I've put up this poll. I would like to know what the majority of us think about this.

Do you want full realism without ABS, or do you want Low ABS for the Endurance League series?

    Please vote here
