For all Project Cars 2 events can all competitors stay on the server until the session has finished. Those that leave straight after the race has finished and not the session will not appear in the result. All results are done manually which is not a problem but when a driver is not in the result some guess work is needed which will result in the standings to be wrong. There is a result file within the game but some or most of the time it doesn't log anything so until that is working screenshots are needed.
