    We are in the process of migrating our rF2 race servers to a new host provider and it may be due to that. We'll get it back up asap. :)

    It's not the only problem, coming into the pits your crew is there and when you come to a stop, they disappear. No tire change, no penalty served, no fuel... When you leave the garage an automatic penalty is applied even with the pit stop limiter applied, and can't serve any penalty cause the pit stop crew is gone when you come in which leaves us stranded. I don't know man, this track is not going well...

    Are you using a different car since the last race? Did you change the refuelling options in the Customise screen before joining the server?

    We might have a problem with this track actually, as on the server the textures are very bright and washed out, but offline they are normal. I'm aware of the pre DX11 tracks showing this issue which have never been updated, but why they should be different offline/online I don't know.

    If there is no solution then we will use either the China 2014 (Shanghai) or Marina Bay track.

    Using all the same as last race. The screen is tearing in the corners, have turned down all my setting but still the same. Have a 3080 FTw3 GPU, Ryzen 7 5800X3D CPU, Screen is a Samsung 49" 240Hz. Shouldn't have this problem but I do...

    When I tested pit stops today they all worked normally and also I generated a pit lane speeding penalty and was able to serve it normally too.
    That sounds like a different problem which is not necessarily related to this particular event. I suggest you post a question here https://simracingonline.co.uk/forums/rfactor-2-general-discussion.519/

    I haven’t tried the track yet but if I get to I’ll post feedback. It is a long track, whether there’s lots of detail (as in too much). That can cause some screen tearing but at 240hz there shouldn’t be any problems at all with your setup. I race on a tv which has a max of 60hz. Some screen tear on detailed tracks can happen with me.

    With regards to the blooming effect, I used to race those older tracks late afternoon time. That seemed to make the DX9 tracks easier to race. Like you mention midday or early morning caused flares and bloom which isn’t nice. Thankfully as tracks have been updated it’s much better now.

    Due to the online DX11 whiteout of this track, it has been changed for this round of the series to Shanghai and the download link for the track on the race page has been updated

    REMINDER
    This mod in it's default format does not allow refuelling. To enable it for this series which has 60min races, you MUST set the car Upgrades/Refuelling option to "Leagues sim setting" to enable pit stop refuelling, otherwise you will not be able to cover the full race distance.

    i lost my practice time to wheel issue where i tried to boot it like 80 minutes. Opened, cleaned all the things and allmost threw it out of balcony..
    race was tough and maybe softer tires than hards would have been optimum but no time to test stuff as doing a lap in was handfull allready.
    ggs and gz to winner and podium.

    Grats podium and finishers. Not sure on the setup for these, I think Im running too low down-force. Anyway, pit stop was a disaster, I upped the downforce on the rear and it cost me 106 seconds :eek:. I was expecting a couple but that was excessive, not sure why youd do that in race and it would be nice if rF2 would allow you to cancel when in the pits. Note to self - leave wing alone in pitstops :rolleyes:
