    Thanks Mark, that's my opinion too, i'm trying here to make the entire championship, that way i won't join the championship, despite i love those cars and i have a baby...

    My opinion is that if this community is trying to grow it needs to be careful with dates, opinions, etçª, otherwise you might risk drive off some people of certain countries, guess it's not that smart... also i'm not sure if @John vd Geest has some kind of problem with me from the past, just to clarify that i don't have and i don't remember if we had any...

    Just do as you wish, i'll join if i can ;)

    No, it's nothing like that Rui, it's just because the F1 1979 and the GT Legends rotate every week it's a bit difficult to move the event of the 24th dec. Tell you what, I'll have a second look at the dates and see if we can work around it and move the event. Will talk it over with Mark Hightree and Nigel Middleton and will let you know :)

    Sorry John, but i will only do F1 1979 at the best, if my baby girl give me some time to practice at least, doing both is impossible for me unfortunately, in future for sure i'll do more than one, but i'm in a complicated phase and don't have too much free time...

    Remember Mareck Archipow and the league he ran at r2p? He was into the F1 79 mod. I don't know how to contact him. Might get more drivers if we could find him.

    Already talked to him, he's very resistant to the change to rFactor2 (he still plays in rF1), and he also runs a league, let's see if i can convince him in the coming weeks ;)

    Already told him that, he's a great guy, let's see what i can do ;) He says he is too slow in rF2...

    There were also some other great drivers i raced in R2P on the F1 1979 championship, shame we can't check results, i've won the championship with only 4 points ahead!!! Definitely the best championship i've ever done since i'm in simracing.

    After some testing this mod is very good, don't know how people don't like this kind of mods, historics are the best mods for me.

    Just a suggestion John, with rF2 weather update did you think on using random weather on F1 1979 championship? Guess it will be a great idea ;)

    I don't mind random weather, but all have to agree that it's a good idea. I would like to hear what the other drivers have to say about that. A majority vote would be decisive.

    Random weather would add some excitement. It would be fun to pit for rain tires :) I'm in but I don't wish to exclude anyone from events because they cannot race in rain due to hardware issues. How much more power does it take to race in rain?

    We have already 12 drivers registered John, in my opinion this series are worth the effort, even if 3 drivers missing... Maybe more people join meanwhile, as there is some time to go until first race ;)
