Q and R good fun but what happened was before people started, 28mins on clock, pitting that damn drs light is flashing...
In the end decided to risk it but front right was all done and on rims 2 laps before finish.

Congratulations to everyone, especially Toni and Matej, I still don’t understand how you can save tires on this car, I used them up very quickly, I downloaded the settings from the forum, the only ones that were there, and drove on them. I hope I can learn to drive this car. It's a little disappointing to lose on one of my favorite tracks, but today I was not worthy of victory

its very very brutal to fronts yes. i got rear springs and dampers stiffer than front and wings 3 - 22.
it was some old setup, on another track, i had few years back but forgot totally that drs.

It is strange, with the GP3 I had also no clue how to save tyres (and not to lose to much). This mod is bascially the opposite, because in the first practice sessions I had also high wear (10% loss with two laps on the front tyres).
So I tried to be smooth, driving bascially on the tyre HUD (avoid yellow) by going a bit slower. I did not feel very effective and of course I was very slow compared to the front, but saved the tyres. Although I was shocked that Ken and Ed pitted, I thought the only reason why I kept them behind me was, that they saved the tyres better. At the moment I questioned my strategy, can I really make it?

I could and finshed with around 30% left on both front tyres. Odd somehow but lets see, if that works at the next track too.

    DRS?

Front tyre wear was obviously going to be a big issue for many, but curiously the usual front runners can still seem to put in very fast laps whether the tyres are new or end-of-life o_O. For me once the tyres go off then my lap times go down too.
I was hoping to keep them for the whole race but was also having brake balance issues which I never really got sorted in practice, so that once the front tyres wore faster than the rears, braking issues added to locking fronts, creating a vicious circle. By half-distance FR was 30% compared to FL at 60%, but the car was not stopping easily and became so inconsistent in grip that I had to pit for a new set. To compound that from early in the race I started collecting penalty points, going through Blanchimont especially, when I hadn't in practice, so not sure what was going on there. All in all a poor performance .

It seems that no servers are recorded in session timing, except for the championship on old machines. There are no qualifications or DTM races, no 155 sessions. I wanted to look and compare my tire wear with others, but it’s a shame that I’m deprived of this opportunity

I had to do 2 pit stops. I don't like going slow, if it's the same in the next track, I'm going to unregister.

It was a great race for me, in last few laps from P3 to P1. Before the race I thought I have had too much problems with overheating fronts, but it looks like I was doing quite good overall. I picked the setup from "car setups" on this website.

    Please don't!!

I survived on a single set and only dropped 1-2 seconds in pace over the whole distance.

It's possible to go fast and not stop Kostas as we have been shown by others :D. We just need to unlock the secrets .

We are in the process of moving our race hosting to a new server provider, so some races were still running on the "old" server but the DTM & Alfa 155Ti were on the new server. Our Session Timing link is set to the old server, but will be changed to the new server asap.

I first thought it is possible to install rfLogs on your local machine and check the data for yourself. Unfortunately, that does not work, because the tyre deg data is only stored in the xml on the server. But I assume as soon the link is changed, we should also get the old results.

I noticed that too and braked earlier and more gentle during the course of the race. Felt wrong but probably payed off. So to speak, it was going a bit slower to be faster, although others were way faster by not going slower :D

We will not be transferring old Session Timing results from one server to another.

I meant the old results on the new server, not the old result on the old server. As far as I understood rf Log, it takes every result (replay or whatsoever) that exists in the corresponding folder and allows to display it. But lets see how that turns out.
