What a blast these cars are. Its the first time in 10 years of sim racing I've enjoyed driving a RWD car and I claimed my first ever win in a RWD car. I very nearly took a double win at Brands but my PC/game had other ideas in Race 1. Picture froze but the game carried on and I went full speed into the barrier. After that for some reason the car didn't feel right but I can't see anything wrong with it...........
pCARS results are a nightmare to process they take a long time everything has to be done manually, So results will take a lot longer to process them.
Race results can typically be processed within 24 hours of the event. Except for PCars. Their results are not suitable for automated processing. Let us hope they fix that in version 2. Thanks also goes to Kenny who has to manually prepare the race results in a spreadsheet That takes a lot of time.
It doesn't take long to do the results but usually I'm too tired after racing to do anything The only major issue with PCars is it does not store results of those that leave the event early, which means I have to memorise how many laps they did when they left or watch the replay and count the laps. This also means theres no recorded fastest lap time for those that leave before the session finishes.
*******There is no race today. All Project Cars events will be finished as they are. All the current series thats been run will be back soon using Project Cars 2 as this seems to be where the crowd will be.******** Hope all is ok and nothing serious.
