    Thats the problem from my viewpoint
    I'm not talking about spinning cars ahead Rob, I'm referring to guys who hit you from behind or drive into you from the side and you still get penalized. Whether its the same as others sims or not doesn't help with my motivation to run countless events to improve my rating to move ahead into more advanced competition. In three races I've lost ratings due to to that. Not good for my motivation!

    Sadly its all we have for sim racing atm & until they come up with something better, maybe with AI ? it is what it is … .. its the same for all sims. And it’s worth it from my view as it seems to be working… the players with constant issues always causing wrecks ect. stay down in the lower tier where they belong.. and like i said its not that hard to rank up …

    Was watching you live Rob. That left front started cooking.

    I know what your talking about Ken. It's a total drainer when your waiting for a race to start and you get creamed within a few seconds of starting a race. From what I've notice, the car behind that hits you tends to get more damage/loose control of there car more easily. I've accidently hit people from behind at the start of formation lap when they fall asleep or at Le Mans when there making a slower long turn and I'm carrying to much speed and we connect, and there car is a total brick and my car just ping pongs off there car. Also notice when they hit me as well, they spin out and I keep driving and just feeling a tiny tug on the steering wheel. Maybe I'm just seeing things but if it's true, I'm all for this.

    Question. Do any of you guys know during the race if we can see the drivers rankings to know who were racing against? I'd like to know there safety rating so I can keep my distance if the other drivers standards are different than mine. What's the point of finding out after you've finished the race when looking at the finished standings.

    Hmmm … you can see their rank- bronze, silver, gold platinum in the pre race sign ups list BUT that shows everyone signed up before the Driver rankings place them In the proper splits once the races go live .. you can also see them In the post race results stats of your race & remember the wreckers to avoid them for next time! Lol
    Im a fan of the ranking system for sure but only for the large whole world lobbies that LFM, iracing, and now rF2 & LMU are going for.. it’s a necessary evil to separate the crazy’s.. one of the luxuries of league racing is we don’t need it lol …

    Hopefully it can be disabled when and if we get the ability run our own servers in the way we do now for rF2.

    Yes, the whole ranking system is part of the "Race control" online feature and is not linked to private servers, in the end, we should have a ded similar to rF2's with full control..
