Once somebody has joined the server who has purchased the DLC, you will be able to join. I should be on in the next 10 mins or so, after setting the race pwd.

got disconnected towards the end of qually and couldnt get back in in time a couple of questions about this game: why has the practice server for the last couple of rounds been set up with the F301 car instead of the F309? Further up this thread you mention that if someone with the DLC enters the server, others can then join even if they dont have the track, is this true for all DLC content in this game?
You cannot join an AMS2 server after qualifying is over if you are joining as a participant. Once qualifying ends, the session locks, and you can only spectate the race if you are already in the lobby or joined before the session closed. It hasn't actually. It's been setup with both cars available, but that was down to sloppy server configuration by yours truly . That has been fixed, belatedly, for the final round at Hockenheim where you can only use the F309, although the F301 is listed as a choice, but cannot be used. For tracks it is
