I joined the 16:00 European slot. I’ve noticed the sign‑up system has been overhauled. The other regions now have mismatched times on the same servers, and the U.S. sessions have moved from afternoons to evenings. It looks like they’re trying to cap the number of players in each session. 16:00 was on slot 3 when I joined.
I am lower 1:30's, I figure 85 litres will do it for me. I added one click for more downforce. I was able to get more speed going into Apex.
Porsche PCC at Oschersleben: Had my best drive yet this week in the RaceRoom Weekly Series! Started P12 and finished P6, solid recovery. I had a couple of them classic Porsche spins probably cost me P5 though, as I was battling right there for it. Happy to see my Rep and Rating climb nicely after that race. Shame Ken and I missed each other on splits. Clean racing overall, looking forward to matching it next week.
Not one of my remotely competitive races at R3E but then my excuses are that I had moved up a Division since last time out, putting me in with some faster guys. The 2nd excuse is that the Porsche 911 and I, whatever the variant , have never seen eye to eye plus I only spent 30 mins trying to adjust a very limited number of setup options to make it turn into corners and not understeer in/out a lot of the time. Excuses over , it was still enjoyable overall and Well Done! to Doug on hopefully improving his rating.
