If no one minds, I'd like to grace the grid with my presence for this race and hopefully, another one or two of the series.
Welcome to the series Gilles. A reminder for you that everyone who has run already has moved into the GTE class.
Havent touched this car for a year or 2 i think and then joined the practice session. It must be my go to car in simracing since gtr i think but not touched it but once or twice in long long time so i got the hang of it eventually. In race P1, if look at qualifying, was going to drive into sunset but ive never been much of a hotlapper in my opinion and allways do better in race pace. Actually 50 minutes had great stint, gained some time lap by lap. Talking about tenth a lap max so it was a challenge for sure. Braking was little off still every lap, had trouble finding my marks out there but was very consistent, just little slip here and there prevented the challenge. Braking too early or too late. wasnt easy, but luckily had some Original Long Drinks ( can google that, Finns love it ). Then 2 of my tires just dropped outside of 3rd gear lefthander so spun. Oh well, atleast got fastest lap and sure it will stick, well it didnt Happy to have joined which was 50-50 if will!
If you can't get a handle on an old mod like this Toni, at least within 3 laps or so, then us other mere mortals have no chance!
