My luck was that track was very simple BUT even then took until the race to master that one left hander in 3rd sector. Q P1 ty i take it. R i just coulnt take the pressure at start. Im slow starter, need that 10 minutes to get it going. Old farts warm up slow. One could state that it was kind of blessing too. I got to race with everybody and was pure fun with @Ken Jagger @Julien Paus @Robin Taylor ! @Barrett Erickson lifted for me, next time dont, its fun to try find the clean pass! Which i horrible got wrong with Robin. Sent him off to gravel and it really felt bad. I technically made the corner but in racing perspective, what a divebomb! Im so sorry...lifted and let guys through again. @Gaetan NOYGUES is a guy who never relax. Whole race is a bloody hotläp session! And even if felt competitive in past 2 races, one little slip takes a away 30minutes of work. Such was his consistency. Mad respects and congrats on championship!
That was so much fun. Thank you SRO for hosting great cars, tracks and series. I screwed up and fueled for 45 mins instead of an hour, but the time I spent chasing Barret and Ken was super fun. Crazy how good the default set-up was for me in the BMW,
Congratulations to Gaetan Noygues on his Drivers Championship win and to Black Cat Motorsports (Nick & Robin) on their Teams Championship. All of them showed amazing consistency and ability throughout the series. Also thanks very much for the positive comments regarding the hosting we do at SRO. It makes it all worthwhile and encourages us to continue providing our events, even when they are not always fully subscribed. The Admin team are all dyed in the wool online racing enthusiasts and we enjoy providing a place for likewise fans to hang out and share their passion together. Quality beats quantity every time .
That was a great drive from you Karl, especially with default setup. I think you might be getting close to joining the Aliens Club after that performance .
Hello guys, thanks for the nice comments and I'm proud to say that I finally won a championship after not being able to do a full season on the previous ones. There was some nice battles with @Toni Talvitie and that was nice to see the grid of Asian Le Mans Series fill up a bit after the first round. I have to say I runned with stock setup (appart for minimum pressure) for the entire series and It costs me some straight line speed in more than half of the tracks. I sincerely love these GTE cars, it's the cars I've watched running in ALMS and WEC when I was between 10 and 15 yo and for me there's no better GTs than these machines. Fun fact : the mod "Enduracers" we used for this series was made by one of my colleagues at work. He's the one who made all the liveries. He's now responsible of the validations and calculations department for chassis engineering at Alpine Cars.

Was he involved in enduracers rF1 also or are you referring to that or rF2 version? Got buddy who made skins for historix mod for rF1 and made that mustang for me in the avatar for gtr2 mustang 500 mod or something, long ago. Cool stuff! Happy to share the track.
