A reminder to all members that you must use your real name, not nickname or profile name, when logging in to our servers, even for practice. There have been two unknown names running on the AMS server since Sunday.
I will miss the race today. I have to drive out of the wilderness to a small town and acquire a new battery for my not necessary 2nd car so I can get it to the garage tomorrow for a caliper fix. Cars? I hope you guys have fun cause I know I am. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
game locked up just as qually was ending one of my favourite tracks, was looking forward to this race
Same here, countdown stopped at 1:52 on the race READY screen and I had to close the game. Was looking forward to the race, qualied in the 1:39's but very fast at the front. Hope the race was good
There were a few apparent disconx but the majority were still connected and running normally, so I had to let the race proceed as normal. I know it hurts a lot, but I had to abide by our rules.
@Mariusz Lebioda to your question, I let you by because I thought I did force you on the gras earlier. I was not really sure about that and I had plenty of time to think about it. I remembered an SRO Automobilista race ages ago, where it was sort of the opposite. (Some F3/4 cars on a weird track in Argentinia or somewhere else in South America) Of course you were not happy about that and in the end I could not really explain why I did not let you by. Not sure if you remember that one too. After checking the replay (see video), today was not on me, but maybe we are even now Apart from that, not the best race from me, I was so slow in that GP sector. So the result is quite good, lucky to pass two guys at the start because of the unfortunate discos. Another one at the start and then Csaba for the first time. He helped me a bit with Gerhard And then I unhelped me by ending up in the gravel. Tried to pass Csaba again and but even though he lacked in grip (or fuel) he made his car as wide as he could. Then I had a run into turn one and I tried to it around the outside. It worked but it took a while, I was worried that we will continue going side by side for the whole lap. Was fun, see you at the next one.
Thank you again for letting me join the race this late, I had fun even if @Maxime Perotti was uncatchable, but I keep my hopes up I'll beat him at Cadwell Park Unfortunate for all the disconnections at the start, but thanks for the orga @Ken Jagger !
