    Give me a MB. Any skin, as I don't know how to pick one in AC. If I figure it out, I prefer the AEG Olympia #62.

    You get assigned one to your name on the server if you give one here like you did.

    Could you do a few laps on the server so Rob Milliken gets your data? 1 or 2 laps is enough.

    Post 1 has been updated with the link to the first installment of the skin pack . This pack contains the AC default skins with the sro number plates and wing decals added !
    If you picked a car above you will have that same car with the custom sro badging ..
    I have most of you assigned already to the sro version of your selections so feel free to check them out on the server !
    check the first post in this thread or head to downloads AC / SKINS !

    Big Thanks to Andrew Harper for his work on the cars ;)

    PS, if anyone has trouble installing the skins in Assetto Corsa or doesn't know how, please contact John van der Geest.

    I can't seem to find the practice server John. I know you posted the title of the server in the track thread but I don't see it. :confused:

    I'll try and jump on the server so Rob can connect the skin. Thank you Rob!

    Yes Guys the server is in use now .. we had a few weeks with it:D.. The final skin pack will be out soon & the server will be updated with the rest of the custom skins ..
    So stand by for that announcement !

    These drivers have still not selected a car & default skin yet. You can choose: Mazda / Porsche or Mercedes.

    Please select a car before june 3 so Rob Milliken can setup the server properly.

    If you haven't selected a car on monday june 4th at the latest, A car will be choosen for you (most likely a Mazda). You can not change if you are too late.
    Setting up the server with 3 different cars and assigning names and skins is a lot of work.

    Going by the car requests & with only 23 slots/drivers + live stream - these are the numbers:
    11 Porsche's
    6 Mazda's
    6 MB's
    At the moment on the server all 10 Porsche's are taken , if you want a Porsche and have not requested one you need to let us know asap ..

    OPEN CARS: we have 2 Mazda's & 3 MB's still open .
    or these can be removed to add another Porsche .. if needed :rolleyes:

    Also if you skin request is not assigned yet it's because we need you to do some laps on the server or send in your steam AC GUID and in game name ... (Jumping on the server is the easy way ! ) :)

    The link above is the final skin pack for all drivers. It includes SRO deafault skins and custom made skins by drivers.
    Please download this skin pack and install it.

    There are 2 folders inside the main SRO Cars folder:
    1. SRO Cars
    2. Steam
    Use the "Steam" folder to install and     NOT the SRO Cars folder (that one is incomplete).

    Installing this SRO skin pack is mandatory. We must all have the SRO logo's.

    Ok, I haven't read all the info about the series and I do suck at AC.
    I have chosen the Porsche but I haven't chosen any skin... do I have to?
    I also have to install skins and an app called helicorsa...
    Is that all?

    Any more cool apps i should know about?

    Although we don't have a huge field of cars (like an endurance race for example) Helicorsa is a useful app to have.

    If you've never used it, it's almost like a radar system and it warns you when cars are nearby, and especially with these cars they can be in your blind spots.

    Once the app is running you can move the display to where you feel it's best on your screen.

    Oddly it's on most of the GTE cars now in the WEC. They have their own version of radar awareness. Mainly for when the faster prototypes come up on them like rocket ships.

    It's not a substitute for mirrors of course but it does help.

    I need to find the name of it, but there is a pit stop preset tool I've used before in AC. It allows you to set your pit stop options to four easy presets. Saves you having to click on everthing if you need to stop.

    The Helicorsa app is the only one you have to install.
    The SRO skins are indeed mandatory. Everyone needs to have them installed. But that's easily done. Unzipp and paste the "Steam" folder to your general Steam folder. That's all :)

    If you don't select a skin, one will be choosen for you for the car you've picked.

    Hi guys, the skin assigned to my car in the server it's not the one I've chosen, there are 2 skins with the number 61, one is gray and the one I wanted it's blue/black. I know it's just a little thing, sorry for the extra work! Even better, among the new skins there's the one called "Sro 03 Aeg 65" which is the same one I like but with SRO logo, if you could give me that please ;)
