perfect, thanks a lot. i have a follower on my mind, series for january maybe. did you check out this ? https://www.studio-397.com/2018/07/brabham-bt44b-and-march-761-release/
@Ken Jagger - there is endurance pack from studio 397. it has the same Oreca 07 LMP2 , and Norma M30 as LMP3. both priced for 5 euro individually. Or full endurance pack with more cars https://store.steampowered.com/itemstore/365960/detail/1004/ for 15 euro. according to comments in https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=788866138 they should be better than the ones from enduracers' MOD. but I didn't try any of them personally.
Ah OK I see what you mean now This series was proposed by a member who has financially supported SRO in the past, so it was his choice of mod to use. I also think the series was compiled before the S397 pack was released. We do actually have a series starting on 2nd Sept for the S397 pack (excluding the LMP3 car) https://www.simracingonline.co.uk/racing/seriesinfo/85 I also hold the view that variety is better than using the same mods, over and over again for similar series.
sure, no problem. I will participate on it anyway. just need to test if I want LMP2 or LMP3. but this will come after finish of Historic F3
All race details are always shown on the race page, so for this one it is here https://www.simracingonline.co.uk/racing/eventinfo/637 If it doesn't say anything about a pit stop then its not mandatory
Ok. Thanks. Did anyone test if mediums last for 50 mins? I tried with softs for about 25 mins but after that fronts were yellow at around 70% and quite hard to drive with it.
just tested the donnington track and theres a very hard (invisible) object if you go just a little too wide to the right after the old bridge
do you mean that your car just jumps out as if it hit a wall? then yes, I noticed them. there is more such places. As if a car hit a curb, but the reaction is really hard and not natural. I tried also to increase a car height. it helped a bit but not eliminate the problem. what car did you drive? I had these problems with LMP2 Oreca.
not just like a kerb but like a great big solid rock that will just send you airborn and destroy your car it was an lmp1 but cant remember which one .. you only need 1 wheel slightly on the grass
I found answer for my question about tires wear directly on enduracers page they say: Tires wear on standard tracks : 1h SOFT, 2h MEDIUM, 3h HARD.
Ive found 2 objects that wreck your car. 1st was just after 1st sector on rightside of track on kerb. 2nd was on braking point to the blind righthander that leads to long back straight. Object was on braking zone just before, or at the start of the kerb. Left side of track.
Hmm that's strange as we ran the same track in May for the TCR Radical SR3 series and I don't remember any comments or problems for that race
