With the Lister I did a low 1.55.xxx with 30 liters and med tires on default setup on a clear track. The default setups for all cars are actually very good. If you're not a setup wizard, all you need to do is change the gearing and wings for each track.

Your tracks will come and I'm sure you won't be at the back :)
Anyway you can still change to another car.

    I did 1.54.8 on Viper after 2 days of practice. ( meds 30liters )
So this car needs too much of tuning and practicing to get the pace out of it so going to swap for Saleen. Less praccy.

I did a 1:54.3 in my 550 but does not count without bop added ,would adding 80 of ballast work to give more accurate time ?

I lowered the BOP to 60 kilo's for the Ferarri 550. Yes, you should practise with 60 kilo's ballast and full tank & medium tires to get a accurate time.
You can set the 60 kilo's offline with the "ballast" app.

    Weekly tips

    1) There is a setting in the garage menu called "Various" with "Steering assist" underneath. That is 100% on default. If you crank up your FFB to 115-120% and put the steering assist setting to 45%, you get much more feeling through the steeringwheel. Otherwise the FFB feels a bit light.

    2) Make sure you have the car on "Factory" settings when practising off-line, instead of TC "on". We will be driving with factory settings which have no TC or ABS.

    3) If you feel that the steering rotation (degrees) is rotating too fast or too slow, play with your wheel degree setting in the AC controler menu. Try 500 to 900 and anything in between. Ideally, your real wheel should match the same movement as the wheel in the car.

i did a few laps tonight, and i think i select the 575, because i love this car in GTR2 most and somehow this car do not so easy spin over inside curbs as the lambo and viper which i did quick testing too, the spin over any curbs is a huge problem for me actual, especialy nearly in end of lap (around 3 corners before finish straight come i think), here i think i do not even touch the curbs, but car did spin very easy.
did 1.56.2 with 575 , very probably 1.55.xxx is possible for the race for me.

Yeah, you have to keep your steeringwheel as straight as possible there and lift off a bit. That inside curb has to be taken with care.

Anyone else has this some weird frame drops in T3 and T5-T6? It is killing me. It is much worse than what I had on last race at Estoril with Seat Leon. Now it is a complete freeze for a very very short time

Ugg , are you on win10? I had it at the SEAT race to .. & there have been win10 updates .. but idk ..
    Some tings to try ..
I read something on AC forums & found my way to the config & found the pre rendered frames and changed it from 1 to 2 ( before writing this I tried to do it again and could not  I wanted to map it out for you .. lol now I cant find it and I have been searching heh .. its not in the main ac.cfg I thought maybe in the documents folder ?
    That seemed to help some
I also tried vcync on & off ..
Then you can try to cap your frames at 60 .. or what ever your monitor is running ..
I even tried frame cap with vcync on and off and did not see a difference ..
I have not seen them yet at buda , but I have not done any consecutive laps , I will check tonight ..
*edit* the pre rendered frames is a video card adjustment , I have nvid and made a custom profile for AC in the nvid control panel..

Thank you @Rob Milliken for your response. Win 7
I think it is a BIG problem somewhere. I get this stuttering even on benchmark in AC. At all settings. Now I'm in the 4th hour of testing and trying. Nothing works.
I read on the net, and tried, even the more improbable "solution" like virtual memory - page files (no page files, custom pg, big pf, small pf, on hdd, on ssd, on both) and countless settings in assettocorsa.ini. NOTHING WORK.
I put here my screenshot from Afterburnner with something I don't understand ... I can't upload the image :(
    Here it is
It is a drop in GPU usage, FB usage (I don't know what it is), core clock, memory clock and power. So I think is related to ... my computer, maybe a week motherboard Gigabyte 970A-DS3P.
I'm on my limit here. I'm one step to put everything on sale and stick with my other hobby, cycling .
Edit. The pre-rendered frame is in NV control panel
Edit2. I have timed it and it happen at every 2 minutes, no matter what it is on track, me alone or more cars around. And no matter what graphic settings ??????

I'm going to have to back out of this series. I thought I would be able to race but I've come to realize that my weekend schedule is too full with other responsibilities and that I can't juggle them around enough to guarantee that I could make these races. I will have to stick to jumping in when I can on the weekends, at least for now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hmm the every 2 min thing has me thinking , can you see a spike in your network activity as well ?
I only ask because this happened to me wher it was a Trojan data minor from something I downloaded, every 2 min it would touch base with the mother ship & i would only see it if i was gaming because it caused the freezes!! I found it with anti malware.. ltl bugger drove me crazy for weeks ! In your case I hope this is it as its an easy fix ..
