Sorry guys… I thought I might get away with using the excuse of unfamiliar track at Buddh, but Road America is a place I've run a lot, and I just can't hack it. In the interest of everyone's safety and enjoyment, I'm going to have to withdraw. Have fun.

EDIT: feel free to give my spot in the lineup to someone more worthy

    Well that was a race.
First stint going car to car with one or two mates. Then at the pits dont really know if i ve done best strategy, but got pretty nice batle for 8th place with Stef Williams. Then came vd Geest and Chris Hill. What an intense laps till the end. Nice one guys.

Now i would like to protest abou one driver wich had blue flag and didnt let me pass when i was in persuite of Chris.
I normaly dont do it, but in the end of race, i try to talk to him, but his attitude was even worse then is behavior in track. How and where can i protest him?

Congrats to wiiner and all of u! Great evening ;-)

    Q
Matched my offline pb so cant complain + pole.
for me softs heated too much so had to go with meds.

    R
Pace was there and hards lasted. Only issue was my left rear.
Had option of doing the 2nd stint a bit shorter and go with meds but took it safe. But somehow had the feeling whole time that meds are the optimum tyre for this track.
Just didnt got the balls to take'em.
Did one stint offline and burned 100liters of fuel with meds but race somehow makes things worse concerning tyrewear.

I went pass Ricciardi at the end of back straight but i felt i bombed. My car was loose there for a second and it was not a a clean one and i felt ashamed so next lap i gave the position back at the spot i didnt risk my 2nd spot then.
2nd time i went for pass at main straight and dunno what happened there or who did what.

So have little mixed feelings but happy with pace.

    cheers

So irritating: this happened several times with this guy.
A report is the right thing to do Nuno!

Was doing ok until Nathen span in front of me and I clipped him (sorry mate could not avoid you). then I had slight damage on front no front grip caught me out 2 turns later when I span that was my race nursing understeering car to finish lost out again in pit stop, would the 60 kg be making the 550 use more fuel and tires ?.

another great event though thank you guys see you next race ;)

What lap are you talking about, I let everyone that was racing for position through. Anytime higher position cars came I let them through on what I thought was the best place. Sorry if you don't agree.
Are you saying you lost a position because I held you up, give me the specific time/lap & I'll take a look. If I messed up I am sorry.
Sometimes it is better to keep pace than to stop at the entrance to a corner.
At no time did I hold up 1,2,3, or 4th!

What a ... better be siilent about that.

No idea why I had to do the same than guy in front and jumping the start. Damn it, apart from that (or because of that) my start was ok. Passed several cars after turn one and two. So that was better than in Budd although luck is a factor, because I could avoid Yusuf into turn two.
But not for long after the following drive thorugh I was second to last. I tried my best to recover but even though I could pass some cars I made error after error to ruin my work.

That was worser than worse, I have no idea why. Maybe the set up, I´m not happy with the Saleen, so I changed the things that Jeroen suggested but I fear that made it not better. Under braking the car is so difficult, maybe I´m doing it wrong, but it felt that the ideal braking point for a turn changes radomly from lap to lap. But on the other hand, I´m loosing 4 seconds to guys with the same car, regardles if I hit the right braking point or not. Therefore this is not my biggest problem.

I´m clueless about that and with the other issues it is no fun at all. I will give it another try in two weeks, but if it does not get better, I better step down than standing in the fast guys way.

What happened at the end is that i thought i was actually running out of fuel so i lifted my foot off the gas pedal a bit and let Londes pass without any trouble, only to find out i actually had enough fuel to make it until the end and have been fooled by my fuel gauge...

I am really sorry about the bump i gave you @Chris Hill. I did not expect you to lose traction again and slide the back end of your car right after you already recovered so i did not hesitate to not lift..

I had a very good race. No mistakes :)

Finotti was faster on the medium tires but I could see his tires were gone at the end (so were my hards tho). I could follow but the Saleen pulled away on every straight, I was unable to set up a pass on it.

Today I also learned, the sound u hear when u press the accelerator in the Lambo, is not actually the engine but the tires, screaming in pain and agony. I think my left rear was on 7% after 45 mins.

    Well well,

I enjoyed this race. Started 11th and end up on 2nd place at some point but this viper did not hold its tires very well. I let Jeroen pass me (teammate) and plan to hold Finatti to give space to my teammate. I really enjoyed the battle with Finatti....

Sadly I made a noob mistake on spining exiting the pit, then I crash in to a wall and lost pace... after being pass by another Viper, I had another spin with terminal damage.
    Thanks for having me
Commentator, thanks for pronouncing my name correctly :)

    Yes indeed.

now you want specific conversation?? now you say sorry?? see what you,ve done but worst see what you have said in chat after race ends. Your behavor doesnt belong here with all the rest nice and fair drivers i found here.

blue flags, light signs, live timing to see who is who.. if this doesnt ring any bells, you just dont know what youre doing on track.
