Im getting a Checksum mismatch, using the versions of car and track downloaded here from SRO. Have no idea what is conflicting. EDIT: Tried to delete everything related with the mod and track I had, downloaded again track and cars from here, installed. Result: checksum error joining the server.
Just tested and its all working normally for me. Are you sure your AC install is fully updated in STEAM? The car mod was updated on 18th Nov to v1.6 The track mod was updated 1st Oct to v1.3.2 Are you sure you have DL both of these?
Yes, both of these 2. And my AC install is to update automatically, so is up to date. Although Im pretty sure Kunos didnt update anything for quite a while now. Just in case yesterday I deleted the track and the cars mod after the first try with mismatch. And installed all over again, using the versions that I downloaded here on the site. Those same versions. No overwrite or anything. Straight installation. Still when I join the server I get the checksum error.
So there was, or is, an issue? Because I was about to unregister, but now Im waiting. On my end I ran out of moves to try to fix this.
Everything seems fine now. Just the car, is not the one I picked on the correct thread. The server assigned me the #40. I checked, and this car is not choosed by anyone. So Im keeping it.
Yes it seems that AC is playing some tricks with us on skin assignments. The #40 is an unassigned skin, one of several for members who have not chosen a specific skin. Don't be surprised if you get your original choice when you next join the server.
Fun race! I got a good start, and got the left side to Alex, but then Alex go wide to turn 1 and i must go to off track to avoid contact. Lost two places in it. Then i stuck behind James and Martino, and I lost time too much to fight for victory. Good battles with James and Martino, thanks for that Grats Alex to win!

Good race for me aswell. I enjoyed the ride. Although I didnt had much fight happening, those cars are really good to drive, and the track is also good fun. In qualy I wasnt particulary competitive, but on race pace it all went much better. Some fast drivers had problems or mistakes in front of me, so 4th place is a very good finish for my first race on this series. Looking forward for more! To all of you gentlemans, Merry Christmas!
