There will be people who don't turn up. Won't know until qualifying probably though.

If you can, you're in the Cooper. If that doesn't work, try any of the other cars.

    Hi,

First of all, congratulations to whomever wins the race, thumbs up!
Second, please, if you crash and are sitting on the track but see other cars coming,

    DO NOT MOVE.

That's the worst thing you can do. Second race in a row I get taken out because of a not-so-stopped car in the middle of the track.

Sorry to the McLaren I was racing with on the second corner if that was my fault.

    Cheers.

Also, you're not suppose to pull along side other drivers in the race on the straight and drive them off the track, Bruce.

I am really sorry about what happened there Louis, i usually tend to stop if im involved in a crash and stopped on the middle of the track, since i was so near to the sandpool i just wanted to throw myself in there, but did not realize there was still enough space that a car can pass through. That was a very unfortunate moment for most of us, and i deeply apologize for dragging you down into he mess... :(

Here is how it all started, for anyone wondering, truly RAW footage :D

I crashed, but did not move untill the track was clear. Unfortunately for some other drivers I was still in the way. But trying to move would have been even worse.

Really sorry for the mess I created after the chicane in sector 3. I humbly apologize.

I went a bit off line in the chicane and came out wide. I thought I could make it, but I touched the guardrail a little bit, as the video of Yusuf showed, and it grabbed me like hitting a wall.
I should have just bounced off slightly, but apparently, the guardrail had other idea's about that. I didn't move until the track was clear, but still some people hit me as I was very much in the way. Sorry again to those involved, especially to Yusuf .

Was mentioned in commentry as being involved in the major accident. I drove through the carnage but was in no way involved in that one.
Did have a good race until I ran out of fuel
Had a couple of incidents where i may have got in the way sorry

I was too focused on the car in front of me during that mess. When I realized that there were three cars on the racing line I did not react in time to avoid a strike. The guy ahead probably had the time to realize what happened in front of him, but I admit I didn't even notice yellow flags on my screen and it was too late for me to do something better than a bowl :( Sorry about that.

About my race, it started with a small touch with Phil at the last corner in the first lap, and I already apologized with him in pm. I decided to punish myself waiting for him because that was the least I could do.
After that huge mess I tried a come back to take a least 1 point, but after my pit I was lapped by Laurent that was slightly slower on the pace. I didn't want to ruin his race so I was very careful in my attempt to unlap, but Laurant didn't agree on this and he decided to stay ahead. Not that I can blame his behaviour, but I guess we both would've lost less time if you had assisted my attemp when I catched you on track.
However, I just tried to honour the race until the end. With these cars it's always a pleasure to drive.
    See you for the next

That was all very confusing !! I race in VR with only helicorsa and the delta app and crew chief. I actually thought a Ferrari had caught on to me even though I thought I had a margin (and I did). I thought we were racing actually. I lost quite some time battling too and if I knew I could have concentrated on catching the guy in front. Same on the second to last lap, I lost 2.5 seconds behind Flaviu Bogza who seemed to be battling John.. John eventually tried to overtake on the straight (sorry for pushing you wide!) and I thought it was for position. In the end I had a 30 second gap to Pablo in P4.. silly. Next time I'll add an app showing positions :)

Qualified P2. Jukka was really quick, congrats! I freaked out by the chat about fuel and added 10 liters to be sure, in the end I had 15 liter too much :( I really botched my start dropping the revs completely.I was able to climb back to P3 soon after the 2 Ferrari's crashed in front of me..

Happy with the result however, but would have been a lot less stressful knowing I was not battling anyone for the most part of the race :)

Another thoroughly enjoyable (and eventful) race. When the incident shown in Yusuf's video clip took place I was able to stop about a foot or two clear of T-Boning Yusuf's car (that's the nose of my Lotus you can see near Yusuf's stationary rear wheel) but unfortunately others were unable to stop and I was then caught in the large pile-up . When I managed to get going I noticed my car had damage to the rear suspension but decided to try a lap before committing to a pitstop for repairs. Although there was an increased tendency to snap into power oversteer I decided it was manageable and so settled down to see if any improvement on P13 was possible. Much to my surprise I was able to pick up places throughout the remaining laps and, incredibly, ended up in the points .
Amazing pace again by Jukka, congrats to the three podium finishers. Well done also to my teammates Jens and Mark :).
As soon as the race was over I watched the replay of the broadcast ... Caitlin you did a brilliant job, such an entertaining and informative commentary :)

    It was a good race.
I started third and at the first corner I was second. I did the rest of the race alone in second place.
First time I drove Ferrari, I thought I was on the Eagle. In any case, an excellent result for the Ferrari team.

Unfortunately my name in the server was wrong, no idea why. :(

Thank you for the race and giving me the opportunity to participate.
Congratulations to the podium and especially to Jukka for the victory.

Had a good start and first few laps went really well. Came accross the big accident with some pace and managed to thread the car through the cars that were scattered all over the track. Dont know how I didnt have any conact at all but was happy. Carried on and had a good pace for quit some time before noticing my fuel was critically low. Set my pit stop, on the fly, and pitted for fuel, not enough, and minor repairs.
After pitting my concentration took a nose dive and I made some stupid errors. I was lapped plenty and done my best to stay out of the way although I did spin out in front of a Ferrari I think. Sorry for that one.
Anyhow with approx 5 minutes left my car went silent as I ran out of fuel in the first corner:oops::eek:o_O
Race end but Im happy with my increasing pace and consistant lapping
Congrats to Jukka and the rest of the podium
See you all in round 3
Liking the BRM a lot more , just need to do my fuel calculation better next time.
