For the final race of this series, with the typical low-attendance we get at the end of most series, this was one of the most enjoyable races I've run at this track in rFactor. Over the years I have always enjoyed running here, but it's always caught me out somewhere along the way, but with this Formula B car it just felt so good. I was aiming to consolidate my 3rd place in the series, which was made a bit easier with Csaba not making it for this race, but I'd have preferred it if he had ran, just to see how things would've played out at least. After Ricardo and Jim checked out at the start, I had to focus on my solo pace, having pulled out quickly from Helder, but with the car feeling so good it wasn't a problem and I increased the gap and then maintained it until Helder went out at Moss Corner, after which I could take it a bit easier to the flag. Grats to Jim on taking a well earned Championship win and commiserations to Ricardo who would have been in the hunt, but for his engine blow-up at Watkins Glen.
Congrats to Jim for the championship! My race ended in the first corner of the first lap, when I lost a tyre. Really disliked this mod, heavy understeer in every race, didn't enjoyed at all. Looking forward to the Octavia championship, looks promising.
