    Hmm, my 7ZIP can't open your RAR... There's also a version at tarnhoerner.de, which seems to be the same you've posted. I'll try again tomorrow, maybe there was an error downloading it.

    This mod F1 GPL 1967 has been updated from V2.15b to V2.20. We will use V2.20 for this series:

    Please download and install V2.20 from the event page under the tab     "Cars and track".
    We have already copied over the 2 files from the Lotus and Ferrari to the mod. So you don't have to do that anymore.
    It's within the download.
