Assetto Corsa Comp 2019 SRO Blancpain Championship poll question

I voted for 2 hours but 1.5 hours would also be good. Am assuming a good turnout otherwise only 45 minutes.

One long race of 3 hours, for example Spa as you suggested Nigel, but am not too much of a fan for accelerated timing, 4 times acceleration is a maximum for me.

 

I voted for the 1hour race as it is in the sprint cup. But i would opt for 1 or 2 races on the calendar which feature 3 hours. I would only go for time accelleration with these. Don't like sliders that exaggerate fuel use, tire use or duration anyway. Or we could have one of these longer races as a complete night race. Imo I would still wait for the 2019 cars at the end of october. Are pitstops mandatory in the sprint cup? If not, I would not make them mandatory. If they are, stick to the reality as well. Just my 2 cents.

I voted 1 hr for season 1 see how things go and decide what people want after that, I would like longer races with driver changes I have seen mentioned somewhere, plus depends what days we could do it as Saturday would be difficult me and a few others that I know of aswell .

 

I voted for 75 minutes ( maybe requies more strategy than 60 min if mandatory stops are used ? ), but would go as far as 90 minutes, the odd 3hr race would be ok.
About driver swaps, remember that this would halve the grid with 2 drivers per car so you would need to have plenty sign ups to make a good grid.

 

I would go with 60min and mandatory tire change with 10 min pit window at 25 mins into the race

I voted for the 60 minutes alternative, emulating the real series, same rules, eg, pit window, would be interesting. For the Spa round, maybe a 2.5 or 3h endurance would be nice
