All our members here at SRO are encouraged to promote our racing series on other web sites etc.

 

Installing skins to user machines does not make it work in Assetto Corsa. To do that every skin choice selected by every user has to be configured in the server files, which takes a lot of time by the Admin hosting the series. Plus every time somebody joins the series or wants to change skins, it all has to be done again and re-uploaded to the server.
For this series I am only allowing user custom skins and not other more generic skin packs. It wouldn't be the first time a series has run with a single skin

Alternative skins are not installed to the AC server. It is all done at client level, with a server configuration file assigning the skins to specific drivers.

 

If Caitlin is free and available PLUS you are willing to pay the costs of it (it doesn't come free) then why not.

EDIT Actually Caitlin is registered to run in this series so she is not available as a Broadcaster.

 

We have great broadcasters who do an excellent job. Broadcasting is a great way to enhance our racing experience and we are happy to provide that service to our members. The only problem is the cost. If we can get more members to donate and help cover our monthly expenses then we will again consider broadcasting events. Currently we do not receive enough donations to cover our normal monthly expenses so we have decided to suspend broadcasting until donation increase. However, we are always open to any member who would like to privately sponsor a series and cover the cost of broadcasting.

 

My error caused when creating two series (Asian LM) back to back. Qual time is now corrected to 18:00.

A great start to a promising series We had a very competitive field of drivers, so there was plenty of competition throughout the race from what I saw, although this Mottram bloke is starting to prove he is THE MAN in our AC races. I'd only give him half-points but I think he'd still manage to win a series even if I did .
Maybe we should arrange a Masterclass hosted by any of the top 5 drivers today, to show those of running 5secs a lap slower how it's done .
