Submit: what new second series would you like?

As I mentioned earlier - they offer discounts to leagues. So get a decent grid and show them the broadcasts from the ACL series and providing we broadcast the DRM series I'd hope they offer a good discount

I'll be honest, the potential of getting it cheaper is the only reason I haven't already bought it - the demo car only highlights how sketchy some of the physics in the ACL cars are...

 

I loved DRM mod at rfactor and i am sure the AC version is even better, but... i bought AC the full package 19 euros and this mod costs 15.. I cant say they didnt do a fantastic job but.. again but.. i am considering to buy it, i dont know yet..

 

Take an ACL BMW around this weeks Ring layout - then take the DRM car around the same track and tell me you don't think it's worth it

 

I bought the DRM mod pack when it came out a few years ago. These cars are really something!! They are very tricky to drive, one more than the other but once you are able to really push the pedal down with these it is an absolute blast!

 

As i said i loved that mod at rFactor, i downloaded and tested a bit the Capri, so i voting with my both hands for the DRM mod..

 

I bought the DRM mod when it first came out and have had a lot of fun running offline races with it. There is even a mod at RD which replaces the fictional names of the mod with the actual car names.
However, the cars vary massively in performance partly because they are modelled on a four year span of cars from the DRM series (if I remember correctly) however accurate that might be.
Having said that, I would be very happy to pick a car I enjoy driving even if it isn’t the strongest car in the pack. My vote goes for DRM

 

Maybe the cars should split different categories because there is over 300 horsepower difference between some cars.

 

I too have had the DRM mod since it first came out. Never get to use it other than some fun offline races as not enough people had the mod. Be great if we get to use it here for a proper series, the cars are mentally fabulous

as Tudor mentions, worth getting the car names mod from RD too as it replaces all the daft names for the various cars with their proper names.

 

The DRM mod i really a nice one, physic is realistic and cars a really fun to drive.
My only concern is about the difference of performances between cars, some looks like to be 10 second faster than other...

 

DRM mod sounds good, i like it.

 

Not used it for ages but think the cars were also grouped in classes if I remember rightly.

 

In that case I think there is only 3 different cars on the grid, because any other car don't have no chance to win.

indeed, it seems very successful ... although too fast for me

 

The DRM mod suits me ... never raced yet, this is an opportunity

But Group C would also please me, there is much more than the 3 cars already mentioned, it would just be necessary to combine them ...

I loved the hotlaps championships, same car same track from different mods or making mini races (15-20 min), perfect for trying the cars...just an idea.
