    A race like Le Mans needs many drivers as possible on the grid to be exciting.. so i'm happy that now i've a "green light", but i'm not happy that you cannot race!

    Can't get onto the server as the build version is wrong server version 1119 we're on 1120. Odd because I was on the server an hour or so ago :(

    Found a black hole in this version of the track. If you go off an Indianapolis and skid off down the service road and go off onto the grass in between the emergency vehicles you end up in a hole and get transported back to the pits. I guess in the race you'll loose a lap. Not good as it's easy to loose the car here. Told you we should use the S397 version. Too late now I know. :(

    I am on v1120 when i look at the versions i have 1120 is not there?

    Had a look around the internet can't find anything about v1120

    I can't login into the server anymore, yesterday everything was fine
    Error message is "Different version"

    Build 1120 is hidden under 'opt out of beta' (old UI) or 'public beta' (new UI), so it's not directly found in the list.

    Since there was the Le Mans event last weekend, they've made no announcement yet regarding the changelog:

    Server hasn't been updated yet to build 1120.

    v1120 was released without anouncement, before the LeMans weekend, to fix some minor stability issues (?!).
    It seems that replays from older versions don't play anymore... :mad:
    I guess (hope) there will be an build 1121 soon...

    Go to rFactor 2 in your Steam game library, right click and choose properties. Then go to Betas and choose 1119 at the bottom.

    Our SRO servers did not get the update to build 1120 nor is it in the "opt out of beta' (old UI)". So we're currently still on build 1119.
    As we understand it, some people did update to the unofficial build 1120, but the SRO servers did not.
    So, to enter the SRO servers, the members with build 1120 have to roll back to the official last build 1119.

    Sorry for the inconvenience, but this issue is out of our hands, until Studio 397 officially updates to 1120 or 1121.

    I'm showing build 1120 also.
    I've never opted for anything other than the official steam updates.
    Going to properties>betas, i'm set to NONE-opt out of all beta programs.

    1120 is unofficial. They made it especially for the "Le Mans esports" event.
    Just roll back to 1119 and all server doors will open again :)

    how do "i roll back"?

    i just did a "verify integrity of game files" and it corrected 45 but i'm still showing 1120. never had this happen before.

    i should note that i have no 1119 option on the "betas" tab.

    if you scroll back up this page, you’ll see john’s post.

    you have to manually select a previous version of the game, once that’s done you’ll be on the version needed to join the server.

    thanks, Andrew. but i added a note while you were posting that i have no option (that i see anyway) to roll back from the betas page. mine is set to "none" and the drop arrow is non-functional.

    Is it correct that there will be no night-time running ? I ran some night laps and the track's lighting was pretty good.
