What if you put a fan right on it, so it blows in the air openings?

    I'm currently using one..
Once while playing i heard a sound.. like a bang..
    Wheel never was the same..
Strange feeling on center.. and with some mods gets very very hot..

And if you take the cover off, so it blows directly on the components?

I don't know what model the wheel is, but most suppliers will supply new fans if you want them.

A lot of the cooling fans will stop working properly after a while, I've changed Thrustmaster ones for example. They looked ok and were running, but when you took them out and tried turning them by hand (using a finger) you could tell the fan was completely worn out, the middle of the fan was solid and wouldn't turn very well at all, So they were working way harder than they should be. Not a huge cost but I don't know what parts supply is like where you are.

Not sure what the strange feeling on centre is, is it a belt drive wheel? Maybe the belts are damaged in some way. After that the motor itself, I'm afraid.

Yes, i think it's the belt.. there's some kind of friction that heats thw whole wheel

    That is worth to try!

I’m sorry mate. I would if I had time but I’ve done no running yet and I’m working both jobs tomorrow. I need to run some laps, otherwise I’ll be a disaster. Lol

if you’re planning on doing the full endurance league over the coming months then send me a mail with some ideas on what you like and I’ll see what I can do.

Did some laps in the Oreca 07 tonight.

Not too bad but with Le Mans aero and 1 in the rear wing I’m topping out at 197mph so don’t know what trick you fast guys have found. Lol

I’m lapping in the 42’s which is not great. So it could be a race of just finishing more than anything else.

using my setup from the last league which was pretty good but it doesn’t work well round here. The softs turn to jelly after three laps and the mediums are better but the rears are almost at 200 degrees for most of the lap which is causing wild oversteer.

So possibly a step back, start with default and try again. It could be the track rather than the car as this setup worked well everywhere before.

I would run some laps on default first bud, i did a 3,41 default, otherwise itll be a long race to battle a car with oversteer and ovee heating tyres

Yeah exactly, I did the endurance league last time around and like I said above that setup worked beautifully almost everywhere.

For some reason it won't work here though, which is fine.

However on a positive note at least I found that out now rather than a few hours before the race....

I think this track version is quite bumpy compared to the official one.
The only time I drove this car here before was on the other version and when I applied the setup to here, I was clearly bottoming out pretty violently. I had to raise the rear quite a bit for it to stop and made about a 5kph difference or so atleast. And yes, since they updated this car to make it way slower, the rears are really getting shredded from lateral load. Something you can do is not adding to it with wheelspin by using a higher TC setting and going easier on the throttle.

Once the Endurance Racing League gets under way with a full series, we will use the S397 Le Mans. The League is set up for members who want to get the most out of Sim Racing and don't mind paying for a few DLC's to get there.

I have the endurance pack but when I try and join the server all I can chose is the BMW or Oreca?

    [ADMIN] this issue is solved.

That's what I've got. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, unsubscribing, re-subscribing with no change.
