    I the Acura gives the same problem, do you all want the Cadillac back? No problem for me.

    Can we all live with this solution?
    We could put another car in like the S397 Oreca LMP2, but that's DLC.

    Just thinking out load to resolve the problem, I have 3 suggestions for alternative cars:
    1. S397 Nissan GT-R GT1 2011 - free
    2. the Group C mod - free
    3. Oreca LMP2 - DLC

    I prefer the DPI car(s) because I have practiced with these and have not with the suggested alteratives...
    Another option might be to replace te Flat6 ???

    Edit, what do you agree with? That you can live with it, or that you would like the Oreca LMP2?

    If you all can live with the Cadillac, it's fine by me. I never had any problems, not event when entering with a Flat 6 with other Flat6 on the server.

    Then I'll put the Cadillac back in tomorrow, because the series is constructed with the Cadillac and not the Acura :)

    @John : I'd send a message to all competitors in the DPi class regarding the work around. Remember not everyone is monitoring this thread. Hopefully everyone will read their inbox. Probably not but its a better chance to get the message out to everyone :)

    Hello lads. My name is Stefan and I am from the AC side of our sim planet and have run the AC GT-Legends series here at SRO. Have been playing around with RF2 for a while, but never found a league which had no paid DLC serie and at a time slot which suited me. Until now it seems.
    So I have been eye balling the 911 GT car as it doesn't have too much setup features and I am contemplating getting my feet wet with this series if there is still place on the grid of course.

    Then I do have a few questions about RF2; i run without the HUD enabled as it kills the immersion while using the Rift, but is there any other way or app to monitor tire wear and/or fuel consumption while onboard?
    How do I change pit settings during the race? I can set the fuel numbers in the setup menu, but what about tires then?

    Good to see you on this side Stefan :)
    You need to use the LCD to change your pit stop strategy during the race. You can map buttons to move around the LCD and to switch it on and off. :)

    Also use the HUD in practice to determine the fuel consumption so you know what you need. In the race you can disable it again. Also use the LCD to check your tire wear in pracctise.

    You read about this, right? When the server loads the Cadillac, it can give you an error message, when that happens, follow these instructions.

    I found out that there is a way to overcome the problem (both with Cadillac and Acura obviously).
    - when you get the error message; click the OK button in the message box. Then your car has turned in a yellow box car...
    - select another car and if you like select then back to your original car and that all seems good.
    (Best start with the car you don't want and then you have te re-select only once)

    Hi all, I'm new to the forums but not sim racing. Decided to drop into this race to start out with SRO as multiclass is the best racing. Seen the issues you've been having with the compatibility perhaps of the porka. Any reason why we couldn't use the GT3 pack and either restrict it to the Porsche in that pack or indeed open it up to the full class?

    This Oregon track is like 2.5 hrs from my house in WA ! cool to have a home race ! only thing is , I never turned a lap here until todays practice & Its not looking good lol ..some tricky corners to master here .. should have it down by min 80 of the 90 ..:rolleyes: but ill be a good backmarker o_O:D..

    Those are good options, but the plan was to have a none DLC series.
    We did test this car combo before constructing the series, and it was reported that some members did get that error message, but they could click it away and all was fine.
    That is still true, but it's just annoying that you have to do that.
    In my case, I'm thrown back into the car selection menu and have to select another skin from the same car. Then I can enter without problems.
    It's a great series with cool tracks and cars, so it's a small sacrifice to make :)
