The race page states this series will use a Rolling Start. This will be controlled by the driver in pole position and not by the sim. On the green light we will do a formation lap in single file, qualifying grid order at a maximum 140kph. The race will start when exiting the final tight right hand turn before the start/finish straight.
Being a bit of a Noob at this online admin game I forgot to take a screenshot of the Qualifying results at the end of that session. We have to process PC2 results manually due to it's lack of a results file which we can use with our system like all the other sims. I can still position everybody correctly from the race grid but without your Qualifying lap time it will only be partially complete. If you kept a note of your lap time then post it here and I'll include it in the results which I'll hold off processing until tomorrow. Thanks to everybody who made it for this 1st race and I hope you enjoyed using this sim as a change to the usual. With luck we will have at least three more guys running at the 2nd race, who couldn't make it this week, which will only improve the experience I feel.
What a cool car ! sometimes pc2 really shines .. Race engineer FIRED ! Gave me gears so low I was redline 1/2 way down the main strait ! lol I thought "with all these hills I need a lower gear set" .. fail ..lol
If we were on the SRO server It has a results file (not named that but it has the results) simresults.net can parse them .. But that looked like your server Ken ?
I'll take a look for that file Rob, so thanks. And it was run on the SRO server which is now named "SRO PC2 Server". We renamed it because you couldn't search for it under it's old name and some of us could never find the server in the Lobby despite dozens of refreshes. Since changing the name I can see it every time, first time.
Ok I will havr a look tonight , i need to see the files to jog my memory lol , its in one of the Lau files buried under some crazy slightly mad name ..
