During online practice just now, I've seen two people join the server using a nickname. You MUST use your real name on all SRO servers or risk being DQ from the event. Please check our Rules & Regulations https://simracingonline.co.uk/forums/sim-racing-online-racing-rules-and-regulations.158/
Hi Ken, I cant get into server as its states incorrect password. I am using xxxxxxxx as supplied password.
Hi all Was a bit confused when it was a Lobby at first practise , and then I had the same problem as Brian but that sorted out after another look at website, then we where good. Another close M1 practise/qual well until Ken did his magic trick Race did a ok start after that just try not to get to close to Ken ,and was passed by Brian rather early saw that Gerhard was chasing to had to let him pass. After that I just try to hang on to those 3 in front, and that was not easy . Go to think that this would be a lonely race at 4th, then Brian did some overdrive I guess and shortly after Ken did the same, chasing Gehard for some time, until he over brake his car. So I was in front , so now it was up to me to not do the same. Thank´s to admin for all the fun you do for us
Made a Noobie mistake when Gerhard came through from the back and was hovering in my mirrors. After that I enjoyed one of my typical/normal/usual recovery drives and did my best to get close enough to Gerhard in the final laps to put him under pressure, but to no avail. A great drive from both him and Bjorn to take the top two places on the podium. WD guys!
Very interesting race mates, thank you. Could not do quali because i could not load any setup. So started from the back. With steam in the brain and in the stomach i did a rocket start, had good passes and gained P1. But only a very short time. Looking for my tyres for an eyetwink resulted in a break failure. These beasts never ever forgive!!! Landed in the sand on P3. Could pass Donald once more, but Björn was again a class of his own. He managed the race souvereign. I like his style a lot, he did some tyre management at the beginning, but always waiting for his chance, and it came. Well dione mate, great win. Doing the fastest lap makes me confident for Long Beach. Thank you everybody for joining. PS: For those who didnt see yet, here is the link to my pictures of the BRNO track, i visited 2019. http://www.acd-racing.com/brno.html
I had a good start from 3rd getting up to 2nd and all seemed well. Pace was good but after 7 laps car just felt different. Tyres were all good but cornering was poor, I did clip a tyre stack so I take it damaged something. I was losing 2 -3 seconds every lap so the pressure built up from behind and Bjorn overtook and just faded away in the distance. Ken had an off which put me back in 2nd but then I locked up and went off into the kitty litter after missing my braking point Looking in the mirrors too much . Gerhard then passed me and I thought I would settle for 3rd but Ken just reeled me in and sailed passed me. Still a great race and congratulations to Bjorn for his win. See you all at Long Beach.
I forgot to mention: I had very good fights with Brian. We werea few times side by side, but always careful and leaving space for the other one. Cheers mate!!
I had a very good view of that for several laps and give you both a slap on the back for good, fair, clean racing .
