Keeping within the official rules, that would be an example of going off-course which is defined as leaving the marked course with all four wheels.
By the rules that is not allowed. It doesn't matter if one respects the cone before, the driver is still braking the rules afterwards.
But there is no ground for protest if this happens only once or twice in the whole race. Only if you do it consistently to gain an advantage. That means 3 or more times.
(For example: in rFactor 2 you get a penalty on your third trackcut)

Is an exception to this rule possible for this turn? I mean, we don't have the stewards and sensors like in F1 to control the whole thing :)
...It doesn't have to be intentional, but at this point you're already looking at the next apex and not whether you're over the line or not.

From what I saw untill then John is right to say that drivers here are pretty respectful of the track limits. The observance is high to be honest : last Suzuka race I didn't notice anything problematic, apart from myself (!) completely missing the chicane braking once, then slowing down while cutting it, and a few seconds more, in order not to get any substantial advantage (I was alone at that time).
Filip wasn't aware of the right behaviour to get in here, I'm pretty certain he will drive within the rules now (he doesn't need that to be very very fast by the way). :)

I see no real gain by going wide at this corner. I think the entry is plenty wide enough and by the time you've run wide it kind of negates what you may gain in my opinion. You may get a couple of miles per hour out of it by the time you brake for the last corner. There are also the white line through the last corner and entry into T1 to consider. For instance I run wide out of the corner right up the grass but this could run foul of track limits. So I'll need to watch this in the race. :)

I did do bit testing here last night, even that it's far from my favorite tracks BMW makes it quite drivable....

but that corner highlighted is the racing line! watch any race at Sebring and they all flick left (after that cone) to then power down the back straight. Even instructor videos for Sebring use that line :). I was more interested in the final corner, as again in the real races they use all of that tarmac, white lines or not. so wondered how much of it are we allowed to use? ie inner apron, outer apron, two wheels over the line? o_O

The SRO rule states that going over the white line with all four wheels is defined as leaving the marked course.
We can not make exceptions to this because on some tracks they do it in real life. SRO would be viewed upon as very inconsistent if we did allow it on some tracks.
A rule has to apply everywhere at any time.

All right, good to know. These cars are a bit slidey overall, not with modern grip so sometimes will get loose in those last esses - accelerating and turning through that left bend just before lining up for right hand turn 16 and onto the back straight. It's very true that some real life series decide on their own how loose they are with track limits and how much of track width you can use. I had a quick look at some onboard laps with cars going over and not going over with all 4 wheels. But for another example, there's an onboard lap of Max Verstappen from 2014 from some junior formula type Florida winter series. They've lined up a bunch of cones all along that white line on the left before turn 16 so you can't even cross over with two wheels.
I realized something else now about this track, and am also a little more worried about turn 1 in our race though. It's got the best looks from a couple of versions available for AC, to me. But who knows what year rendition is this track mod of or if it was ever like this. But if you're passed on the inside, then it can well be while the passing car is leaving the track. The inside white line is painted way too deep into the track itself. While in real life it's pretty much close to the wall and that's the line that real life drivers take through there. The line is just enough close to the wall so that two wheels can be over it. Plus there is not enough grip on the actual painted tires groove on our track and it's little deceiving, so it turns out it's better to keep towards inside wall as there is normal grip there. The modern prototypes or GT cars can surely cope with it easier but it's not really for vintage stuff. It could very well be that it's made like this to prevent divebomb attacks

edit: just wanted to add, the walls are pretty much the limits on this track from last turn to out of turn 1, not the lines. But...

Anyway, Sebring sure is one of those peculiar tracks, but with those clearly painted white lines and all that John has said decided here, it's just better to know in advance. Good point @Jos Ogos and @Maxime Tendil

Actually Filip has good point here. The following image is for the actual Sebring and you can see they do the line totally side by side with the wall. So AC's version white lines are quite not right!

Agree that this version of the track is off with regard T1 limits. I raced here on Sunday evening in the Big Boys Toys series and the white line on the inside was pretty much ignored from what I could see. Still, as long as we all know we are observing it this evening that's fine. I just wonder who will be standing there with a notepad and a black/white flag
