Malaysia S397 GT3 & GTE BOP Special Event

That vid of the new UI raises some warning flags for me, that maybe you can answer?

First and foremost, can i select/adjust my controller settings after joining a server? Or has S397 adopted my most disliked "feature" of AC: that i have to leave the server to pick the correct or adjust the settings file (i have a different controller settings file for every car)?

 

I seem to be missing something which i can't find. As far as I am concerned I bought enough. Sorry to drop out

Congrats to Barrett! Good racing all. Just couldn't catch up to Barrett toward the end. Fast in that McLaren. So much fun. Lost it on the first lap when the radio guy said we had forgotten to load the donuts on the land yacht. I was disgusted as I was expecting to eat them with my cup of coffee. When I did hit the railing, it did cause damage to the front steering. I drove the complete race with a tilted steering wheel toward the left. I had to point the barge toward the left when going down the straights. Crazy but still loads of fun racing everyone.

Congrats to all that showed up and raced. I had fun.

Thank you guys for this event I had really lot fun!
I changed my car in the last hour because I just realized no AMG in GT3...So I drove the M8 GTE.
With 50 mins practice I just wanted to alive the 90mins. I drove on default setup, only the mixture chanced to RACE and some in-car settings.
My plan was 1 stop, tyre changing and add fuel.
I start with full (100L)...
In the race when left 38mins I pushed the "pit request" button, just checked the settings...was fine....stop in the pit...but no fuel added so I switched ON the fuel save mode in myself and go.
4 liters left after 90 mins in M8.
This race was my luckiest race since long time!

Never happend same before. (Over 1000hours in game)

 

Yes, there showed the correct amount what I wanted to add.
Same me...never heard/happened it before.
No matter. Highly enjoyed the race!

 

Can't handle those GT3 cars
AMG is my beauty.
Probably I'll run in R3E and ACC series.

 

I totally forgot there was two classes. Congrats Didier! Good racing.
