i voted RA, i dont know why people voted for Donington '38 for Lola Can-Am cars in the first place
RA allows full beast mode in the Lola and is more authentic

 

John, If we are running RA can I recommend you use this version as per Laurents post.

Stefan, you need the Lola off this sites link, our srouk one doesnt work. Found that out last minute for round 1

Re the track version, surely we should use the best version of the circuit rather than an inferior one just because its on the system? We are all used to having to update our track and car mods on a regular basis. C'mon John, use the linked one by mentioned by Laurent by Tim !

 

So what settings are you changing to get those top speeds? Is the alternative mirror that much faster
I'm getting 4-6kmh less then most of you, and according to the graph it's not due to my bad exits on the straights. I'm using the default setup, only changes I made was to the tire pressures.

 

That was puzzling me too for the first race I think using 3 gears is the key.

@Louis Defor I'm sooooo sorry man, I underestimated the lenght of our cars and punted you at the start, that was damn bad racing from me so here are my sincere apologies for that, you lost control and much time. I waited for you of course but that doesn't save me from that foolish mistake.
Then I got some stutters, looks like this nicely populated grid didn't please my PC. :/
After 2 laps and to glorify my performance for ever, taking the slipstream behind @Stefan Lagodin, I once again underestimated the car lenght or the speed gap between us, shifted right too late, and dramatically hit the pitwall due to some inertia, and eventually bounced, crossed the track and hit again in the wall of the opposite side !
Both suspensions were damaged. And I was so upset of myself that I quit.
Ridiculous event for me.

Congrats to the winner and podium, thanks to my teammate for softening my ugly race with his very nice 5th position. Was great to watch the race thanks to the great-as-usual Caitlin's job !
