Rob, we've already raced several of these tracks in Series 1 and 2. Considering numbers have dropped from pandemic levels of entries, it makes more sense and motivation/interest to use as many tracks as possible rather than repeating the same circuits ? Though for me, i can change cars for new interest factor as i have only used the Aston in ACC so far.

Well, ACC only has so many tracks to start with (19 total counting the DLC so 15 originally) & we will have to run some twice in the year (2021 GT3 season is 24 races) so our hands are tied, especially when these are some of the only 2020 tracks with the latest bop.. This series is going to have some day-night stuff & all the races are 2hrs so I wanted some of the biggest tracks.
There are no tracks we have not raced yet in ACC as there are simply not that many tracks in the game..

lol missed it by 96 hours! lol .. it's fixed now .. Thanks :rolleyes:o_O:D

  6. 2 Hour races with small grids during the summer months? Probably not the best idea IMO.

I also wouldn't mind some more or longer GT4 races.

Let's see how the final turnout looks .. we can adjust the race lengths if we don't get enough drivers .. or drop it altogether if our numbers continue to fall.

Ok after some thought Jefferys probably right & the summer months always seem to be the downtimes so Series 3 will simply be 1 hr races with the mandatory stop.
Let's see if we can get enough drivers to keep it going ....

I was wishing to see more tracks from the British pack this series but it is what it is , see you all at the track.

I’m confused…the picture says 60 min races but are these actually 2 hours? Sorry to be a pain.

Series 4, the final 2021 series, will have the 120 min races!

So what is meant by mandatory pitstops? Are we free to do what we like? Is the pit stop time fixed?

This was set up for the longer series but now that the races have been shorted for series 3, because of the unbalance of some fuel tanks over the different car 'year models' we are issuing a mandatory stop for the 60 min race to keep it fair across the board .. Each driver must perform 1 mandatory pit stop where you needed to change tires & get fuel simply because the race was 2hrs.. now the question is we don't need fuel or tires for a 60 min sprint so what is mandatory on the stop? should we make it a mandatory tire change? or simply a stop & go? I feel the stop & go for 60 min race is enough however your free to get gas & rubber always as long as the pits are open, We can also add a pit window where we only have 15 min in the middle of the 60 min race to perform the mandatory stops .. Again this confusion is due to the fact we edited the original series 3 model for summertime with shorter races .. Please feel free to chime in with your ideas for the mandatory stops!

  17. I don't see a reason to force a pitstop in a 60 minute race. Forcing everybody to take tires will make everyone's pitstop time 30 seconds, so you will only gain with a better entry and stopping on the mark. Only forcing fuel and everyone will just add 1L, which is just lame IMO. Having a pitwindow will harm people that need to come in soon due to damage, as they will need to stop again, which might result in people leaving.
My preference is no pitstop and if it is still mandatory, tire change required, as then it will at least be a stop and not just a simple splash and dash.

I'm fine with no pitstops as long as all the cars can make it 60 MIn.
Does anyone know for sure ? If so we can run with no mandatory stops..

I would keep the forced pit stop but make tyre change mandatory so that it's worth doing. Also this will add some fun with cold tyres adding to the mix.

So I can keep up lol after trying to read them all, are we having to pit or not? So I can get practicing.

if we do a tire change mandatory then everyone has to stop the same, and do it as an open pit stop. So pit when you like in the 60 minutes, as long as you pit. Least then the guys that want to get it done can early and those who want to pull out a lead and pit late? it’s all down to the individual
