Unfortunately I encounter some serious Net problems since about 2 months and am right now surviving thanks to my neighbour and WiFi, so that my connection is of course unstable. Maybe I could try to make it skipping the Q and praying for the rest of the action. No idea. But I don't want to waste anyone else' race.

Q was little weird hadnt tried light car.
R Well I could not have gone any faster. After start hassle I let 2 drivers pass me as they were infront of me in Q. Heavy car felt super fast compared to rest and then started to chase @Csaba Lako whom I had for little snack very soon and started to chase leader.

Pace was equal tho not sure was @Kiril Kirilov just controlling it. He slipped couple times to minor error so makes me think that maybe i managed to push him little.

At halfpoint or so cars started to get lowfuel and mine was starting to lose grip and in the same time those Beemers got lighter and their pace was much better than mine.
It was really a struggle to the end. Went as smooth as I could whole race. Not a single extra movement and still tyres go out so couldnt done any better.

Final laps came and @Csaba Lako set me up couple laps for little snack of his own and in the final lap i tried to push him for little mistake. Even made once in my life a perfect last corner on this track ( probably due to the fact that didnt see apex, only Csabas Beemer Ass :D ). Have to say it felt awesome and we finish side by side still me taking 3rd so have to be honest, Im little gutted!

    Gz and respects o/

Thanks for the race guys, it was a good one. I really like this track, and probably the BMW likes it too. ;)

The start is the biggest of the BMW and probably when server selects to start like this, it is not as bad as it should be. Although I have to say, I still failed. After seeing the clock ticking down, I wanted to open the chat and asked my teammate @Franz Herbert Mann if he has an eye on it. He did and said something like go at 39:00. At the same time, @Toni Talvitie or somebody else in front accelerated, so I thought it is time. However, the rest did not, so I lifted, but in the meantime other drivers accelerated, too.
That was a strange dynamic and not good for me, because now the BMW turbo lag kicked in. I lost several places and ended up ninth or something. And it got worse, because my internet connection decided to go for a turbo lag too... What a disaster, I was really happy to survive the first three laps without an accident.

From then, it got better. Of course the BMW is a good car, but straight line speed is not his biggest strength, as well as hard braking. I need time and mistakes from other to recover. It was a good fight with @Jari Laakkonen @Bruno Belny (you two did a good job with the Datsun, bien fait), and @Kimi Martikainen . In the end I really got into the rhythm, while the really Toyotas struggled with fuel, so that was also fortunate.

Oh, and regarding the qualifying, I am not sure why @Edward Jones wanted to kick me, but maybe I irritated @Ken Jagger in his mirror. Sorry for that, my plan was to follow you, because I was 0.45 or something up until you spun. I can imagine that this is not a comfortable situation, probably I should have backed out.

    See you next time.

It was a bit weird race again with this start. Anyway, the first laps I saw the possibility of saving fuel and this paid off in the end of the race as I had 2 or 3 liters left after the finish line. I had a bit of a moment in Turn 12 after a short game freeze and @Toni Talvitie was right on my bumper. After that I wanted to open a gap in case the game frezzes again. Luckily that didn't happen. Somehow I enjoyed the last race more... I dont know what happened with @Phil Brown , I hoped for a good battle with him.

Nothing like that Philipp :D I asked Ed on TS why he had done that and he only did it because he wasn't sure what that little icon was for. He thought it might have been to let him sit in your car and see how you were driving. Fortunately for you, nobody voted YES :p

Sorry Philipp. I had no idea that was what that icon was for. And now I wonder why was there only one icon, and it was on your name? I'm so confused.

Had a fun race, with ups and downs.
The start, was again very chaotic. I let a couple of cars pass because I was unsure what to do, but with the acceleration of the Toyota, I regained some positions to find myself behind Kimi.
A restart of the session with an immediate start might have helped :D.
Anyway, I could keep up with the leading pack for the first lap, but then had some stability issues and missed the breaking point in a couple of corners.
As @Philipp Pichler phrased it, him and myself found ourselves in a "finish sandwich" between Kimi and Jari.
This went on for 2 more laps until I noticed that I needed too much fuel to be able to finish the race.
I tried to lift and shift a bit earlier to save some fuel.
However, this brought me out of my rhythm somehow, and I touched the wall on the second straight for some chassis damage.
Continuing my quest to save fuel, I only wanted to finish the race.
I got passed by my teammate and Jari, only to find out that I didn't save enough fuel.
So I went into the pits.
Unfortunately I overshot the pit box and had to reverse .
Of course, I also put on some new tyres only to remember that we have no tyre blankets .
In the last 5 minutes I could recover to 11th place (if I'm not mistaken), almost catching Kimi who also had boxed.

GZ to all, very enjoyable racing. ;)

Yeah, probably because everyone else was busy driving, otherwise ...
No problem, I think that icon only appears for the driver you selected. So by clicking on the name, you chose a driver and should see in the background how he is driving or what sector times he drives (stopwatch on the left). And if you donĀ“t like what you are seeing, then you can start that voting.

Results aren't up as yet but allow me to congratulate the podium placers. As well, great job by all who finished.
Without doubt, this was my best ever run in AC. I'm from the world of Grand Prix Legends and Assetto Corsa is like a different universe where the typical rules just don't seem to apply. I had some good dices with several runners and it was a gas. Speaking of the latter, I needed to add a pint more as a start load since as at turned out at Laguna, I ran short to pull off half a lap from home. Bugger!

    TY for hosting! :)

Bruno it's very satisfying to hear you say how much you enjoyed your first race here at SRO. You were quickly on the pace, so I'm sure you will only get faster once you have practiced with the car more.

I started from the back because I'm on my neighbours' WiFi these days.. I got some nice action but my ping was too high so I decided to retire to prevent others suffering from my bad connection.
See you in september I hope !
