Why do I get "Checksum failed you are kicked out of the race" msg when entering the server?

Solved: re-installed the track, now it's ok.

 

That explains why the re-install with a fresh download did the job!

Hey guys.

Just to make sure. I don't have to download Ferrari 70th Annniversary Pack.

Maybe someone can help me installing this AC 1967 Grand Prix to my Assetto Corsa file. I've downloaded the package and extracted it onto my desktop. So many files.

Edit: I'm following this. Wish me luck.

NOTE ON INSTALLATION OF THE LOTUS 49: You need the original kunos Lotus 49 install file:
1. Extract folders content and texture to your AC install: ...\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\assettocorsa\
2. Goto …\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\assettocorsa\content\cars\lotus_49
3. In this folder: Copy the lotus_49.kn5 file
4. Within \cars folder, goto \ gpl67_lotus_49
5. Paste lotus_49.kn5 here

Heads up.
Maybe this might help a few. When I extracted this file to my AC folder, it did not directly go into my cars folder, it actually went into my main file of AC, not like the installation said. I had to drag every car folder into the main car folder in AC after the copy and paste of the Lotus_49.

I hope this helps some of you peeps.

NUTS! I'm having to stand down from today's action, lads. My eyeballs are on fire for some reason. Long stints in front of the computer monitor will do that but I've not been on that much over the last couple of days. Very disappointed in this. Sorry.

 

Congrats to the winner! And to all that showed up. I didn't finish the race. It was a stutter fest. I should have turned down my settings but I don't really run AC. When the stutter continued, it felt like my car was moving in blocks. Awful. Live and learn. Still had fun.

On to the next.

rather new to AC and first time i used my H-shifter in a race. Had definitely no good setup... damaged the suspension in the early laps and had to do the rest of the race with a steering wheel 45% rotated to left
