With covid measures turned to a minimum, I need to be at the office again, instead of working from home. It means that I cannot make it in time to join the thursday races.
Good luck to all and I hope to join some other series soon.

Good news on the Covid front Rob, but sorry you can't make the series any more because of it. Maybe the Tuesday or Sunday rF2 series might be better?

Sorry to Scot Ring for taking you in to the wall on turn 1. I thought i was bumped but it was a lose back end with too much engine braking.

    VERY sorry!

Lookin at the replay I think I could have avoided that to the right, but wasnt sure if I had the room over there at the time. Still had some fun trying to get past Ken who was doing a great job keeping me behind, until we tangled, and then some very clean racing by Franz!

    Great track selection @Ken Jagger
I really enjoyed driving on this track.

This was probably my best start in the series, although I got a bit of a bump from Paul into turn one. Not a big issue for me, but it seems that my presence there was not so good for some guys behind. Otherwise, Paul would have had the room to go deep. So it is a bit unfortunate, too. But you cannot count on a messed up start from my side, which would have created that space.
Although you can count on an error in lap one because three turns later, I underestimated the effect of cold tires and a heavy car and nearly put my car into the tires. @Csaba Lako and @Kimi Martikainen passed me as a result. I was a bit worried to get stuck again in the Kimi train, but not today, this track has not enough room for spectacular drifts. Or to catch them without to lose too much momentum. That allowed me to pass.

After that, I was somehow a passenger in the Phil Brown train, obviously an express train that pulls nobody back. I was a bit surprised that Kai, Csaba and me were able to stay in sighting distance, although that was not that important. This track is really tough to pass or even to stay really close, so the only thing I could do was playing the long game. Somehow, Kai got problems with tires and over steered into the wall. That was the opportunity for me and Csaba, and now the battle was on for the last place on the podium. I gave everything that was left, but Csaba stayed in control. Good race guys.

Had some fun time racing once again.
Looking forward to the series final.

    The start was okayish.
Kept my initial qualifying spot (7th), which was reasonable for me with this competition.
As Philipp already mentioned, the car felt quite different with cold tyres and a full tank (which was enough to get the Toyota to the end :D).
Had regular contact with the walls almost every lap.

Eventually, Karl closed up, and we had some close racing for 2 laps, until I saw that he hit the wall in the stadium.
From the driver's perspective of my car, it looked like I had squeezed him into the wall, so I let him past.
Watching the replay, it looked like that there was no contact between us (maybe it was ping related).
Still, Karl had the better pace in the end.
If someone gives a hoot, here are driver's camera and chase camera:

As usual, I outbraked myself a couple of times, which gave Ken and Scott the chance to pass me.
When Ken and Scott had their incident, I glued myself onto the back of Scott's car until the end of the race.
However, there was no chance to pass on this track, especially with Scott's A game pace .
Props to you @Scott Ring for recovering from last place with the T1 incident.

    Oh Snap.
Sorry @Franz Herbert Mann , i was trying to keep too wide and slide a bit out clipping the wall.
    not your fault at all.
later when you let me thru i thought you had a problem and was pulling off.

i tell you what it was good fun chasing you, and i had to try really hard to keep that RX3 pointing straight.

    Respect for pulling over .

No worries! My race was not compromised at all. At least, we both had fun chasing each other.
