That's what you want to practise for. It will be 80% wet. In between when it's not raining, the track will still be wet.

Never happened when I was on the server but there’s the odd chance of running inters if a drying line appears with a full field, but the rain is just too frequent and heavy I think.

It will be fun... at least until to stop against a wall. But the ideal is practice with dry and wet. Good Race to all.

The beginning of the practice is dry so you can restart that to the beginning.

Through testing I found out that it will not rain at the beginning of the race, but the track will still be wet from the sessions before.
So be sure to put on wet tires when going to the grid.

Hi guys...long time since I've been around these parts! Just been looking over the race/series info, and thought that (if it's ok) I might partake of this race later today.
Been a while since I been in the good ole Oreca as well, so I've grabbed that up. Should be fun :)

    Thank you very much, John.

Now...off to the track I go. I'm not so familiar with this particular course but should be fine by race time. I've got loads of setups for the Oreca so should be ok on that front...just gotta find braking points, etc.
    See you there :D:cool:

I cleaned up the interior of the pedals between the excess of grease and cat hair and think I have fixed them . I did 10 laps without any trouble, that's 8 more than I have done all week. I wish me luck.

Frustrating end to the race. In all of practice I’d had no issues into turn one but even though I was careful I still slid off at high speed, the track just became very greasy.

I would have gladly finished but my own fault and I didn’t assign an engine off button. Nearly 300 seconds of repair…the engine was never gonna hold. Lol.

I seem to remember repairs of that sort of length never fully sort themselves anyway.

It what it is, well done to everyone who finishes :)

Sorry to those I caused troubles and/or damages during my spins. 3rd one, I pulled out.
..was having a decent race (minus a spin and a few trips through the swamp..I mean, the grass)...at one point leading LMP2 class. I hurriedly set the car up for rain, and once it was wet again it seemed to be working well. Little out of balance, but it was manageable.

Anyways, had some real world distractions that caused that last one...turned out to be nothing
But after that 3rd spin (and someone coming along and collecting me, no fault of their own of course) I just hit escape. Shame...wanted to finish that one and was enjoying the tough conditions, in a frustrated and challenging sort of way.

Tough one this, got a few knocks in the first few laps but then settled in ok without any more drama. I did think dry tyres would have been quicker at the start but the rain soon set in thankfully. Went for high fuel/wets at the start and did one wet tyre change and damage fix mid race. I found it very hard to be consistent throughout the race, probably due to the track changing conditions all the time and maybe some lingering damage but it was great fun :)
Well done podiums and finishers - cu next race.

Q i didnt get a good lap. Last try was closest and was improving but on last corner, had to get out of driving line and do a pass outside so lost pole by a little sigh. That gave me confindence going to race.

R got really lonely really fast. start i had inters so had to take it easy and keep them cool. Johnny was pushing i think from the start, or atleast looked like it but then everyone dropped off from my class and i just tried to enjoy myself.
Managed to do over 40minutes with inters after rain got so heavy that started to feel like little aquaplaning so took full raintyres. That eventually made me again cooling tyres towards the end of the race and decided to go swap inters back just 3 minutes to go. Gave me a little break since my shoulder felt little sore.
Drove perfect and engine on lean mode so there was big margin to improve pace, would that been needed.

So next event, if this goes like this, just 3 of us. Company is awesome, dont get me wrong, but with 1 bad pass attempt, it gets little boring to one of us :D

Great driving by all and gz winners and podiums.
