it was super fun to commentate on the battles you & most drivers had, you guys did really well & i love the respect atmosphere going between y'all, makes it really fun to be a part of, good stuff

 

Great job guys (hope we can attract more prototypes to add even more color to future races).

No doubt i benefited from the misfortune of others today. Nigel's grid entry glitch was particularly unfortunate, not only for him, but my teammate Ed who suddenly had Nigel's car sit on his hood (or "bonnet" for you Europeans . Then i found myself with a sudden, marvelous opening in T1 after Joe and John touched and split just briefly in opposite directions. If i hadn't gone with a 6 wing, i might have been too close to avoid that. But it left me with just enough room to take advantage of the extra down force thru T5, T6, T7, T8, the "carousel" and "kink" to hold Joe off as he recovered and defended his position. No doubt he would have eventually got me...

But then his unfortunate DQ.

After that it was a matter of managing tires and the varying gaps to Didier and Oli, Jens and Lewis -- whoever was closing at the time -- and they all were at one time or other.

Altogether, a fun race at a track i consider "home"!

Grats to Jason and our BadVoicesRacing "rookie" teammate Johnny G on their wins, as well as all who finished.

Just give us the proper practice sessions on the server for preparation and let us spin our asses off into some kind of sim-nirvana.

 

The GTE class was very tight in qualy so I was happy to be hanging on at the back at the start. Nice screen shots from Rob, it was fun fighting with you all. I think I picked up a few places due to others misfortune but I will take what I can get

My first stint seemed pretty slow but I think I put too much fuel in which slowed me a bit. Its not funny when your racing and trying to do maths at the same time to work out the fuel amount for the stop . I was a bit quicker second stint and could see Jens ahead (again) who I seemed to be catching slowly, so I pushed and managed to get past eventually. He was always close behind so it was a bit nervy to the flag. Wasn't sure where I had finished but the podium is the icing on the cake of a great race.

Grats to the podiums and finishers. Hard luck to Nigel who would surely would have had a good chance of a win without the rF2 issues.

 

@John vd Geest Myself, Davide & Joe were running custom HSR Skins on our Cars but could not see the skins on our fellow drivers.
Did the server have the Skin Download option disabled? I've never know us to be unable to see eachother's custom skins on an SRO Server before?

Just curious as it was a bit of shame when watching the stream back to not see everyone's custom paints.

 

we didn't have anything to subscribe to "skin package" but i think we saw Erikson running his own livery, so i don't know what the issue might be. hopefully john can help you out .
