    It's strange then because I could see my own custom skin and in the standings list while in garage I could see others had either a green check mark or 3 dots, or a red x beside their name and I assumed it was custom skins coming through. It seemed to be having issues though.
    If it was on, not sure why they wouldn't show up. I use customs all the time and it's usually not an issue. Would definitely be nice to be able to use them, if at all possible :)

    There was something strange for sure. I coudln't see any other custom skin. The '...' icon appeared, but some had standard skins. Most strange, was that another 911 had my skin. And even a LMP2 was using my skin, causing a chaotic livery because obviously it didn't fit

    Maybe the issue was on rF2 side, though. At Patras it was OK

    Well, I was using the same custom skin at Patras and it was not working there either, so some kind of anomaly going on or something configured incorrectly server side.
    I use custom skins all the time without issue and used same process I always do (adding them as alt skin to directory per normal), so I doubt it's on rF2 side this time around.

    Sory your skins are not working, we are using SteamCMD dedicated servers on our main game server & it's up to us to simply have "transfer skins" off or on for all the events & they are on so we will have to look deeper because we want to see those skins! I see Barretts skin in all the events so it would appear its working o_O Who else has custom skins that are not showing? or ones that are? we need to sort this out asap!

    All of the Hex Sim cars will be running Custom Skins - So for this series that is Myself, Joe Brown & Davide Capruzzi in the GTE Class and Peter Williamson in the LMP1 Class.

    Ok, who else besides Barrett has skins that ARE showing? & what method are you guys using for your skins? because this has not happened here before that I know of .. Ken & John do most of the rF2 server stuff these days so I have not done it for a while & don't know if there are any new tricks to the skins, but it sounds like the clients are not getting the transfer from everyone.. as we all saw the dots after the names on all you guys..

    I must say too that HSR have used Skins before in SRO Leagues and they've worked fine, we haven't changed how we package them or install them, which is why we were surprised they didn't work.

    And did i read correctly that some drivers were seen in other players custom skins? I have to agree with you that something is off with the server .. I think a newer DED was released not to long ago & perhaps we need to update? Ken? John? there is a post from yesterday on rF2 discord:

    The SRO Dedicated server is now updated to the latest release. Why the skins are not showing I have no idea, as Rob has said, we can only switch the Allow Transfer option on or off. Can anybody who ran the race check their rF Settings menu and see if they actually got the skins or if the folder was even created for it?

    I'm VERY ashamed to report that when setting up the server for Istanbul I noticed that the box to allow skin transfers was un-ticked.
    So that was also un-ticked for Road America. :oops::oops::oops::eek::eek::eek:o_Oo_Oo_O

    So that was probably it ...

    I show a new Aston Martin folder (2/6/2022) Titled "28_AMV_GTEEFE2F137". But it's empty. I show a new folder for the Porsche, it too is empty, but i see he used the Porsche at Patras, also. I do find Joe's Porsche skin dating to a 23 January practice session we were both on.

    I also find new empty folders under the Oreca and Ginetta.

    Looks like Andrew created an "rcd" for the Oreca. That folder is empty also. Have they fixed the "unknown" car bug?
