After review, No further action will be taken in this race incident. It was a bad accident taking out at least 3 cars of which only 1 made it to the end however we did not see anything deliberate or any act of malice by either driver involved that would deserve a penalty, sometimes you're the hammer, sometimes you're the nail. Things happen quickly when racing on the limit and this is one of those unfortunate incidents that just didn't work out this time. After all, it is racing.
At SRO we try to provide the best possible racing & rules are in place to assure this continues to happen! It's up to us as members & drivers to keep it real & enjoy this great hobby!
Good luck at the next event at Bathurst!:D

Fast track and fun car even if it is a handful. Managed to avoid the first lap issue and hung on to the pack but found out that touching the grass at any point is not a good idea. Too many spins towards the end of the race left me well down but it was good to see how AMS 2 has improved. Grats to podium.

Thanks for the review. Would it be possible to see the replay of the crash? I would understand how Chris managed to hook my back, shooting me out on the main straight. Has it been caused by a ping issue? I saw many of the drivers with yellow ping indicator, I was the only one with the green one. A better connection would be helpful for clener fights.. Thanks

Hi Rob, thanks. Could you please tell me in which folder I have to save the reply MED file? I can't find it.. in Documents/AMS2/records doesn't work, no replay appears in game, I don't know what I'm doing wrong.. thank you!

As a reminder, SRO Admins frequently review events and we pay special attention to race starts. In this event there was an Admin review and the incident on lap 1 was ruled a racing incident. We build replays of accidents from several angles and all admins review the same replay. We do not share these replays.

We appreciate the good sportsmanship of the drivers involved in the lap 1 incident and hope there are no hard feelings.

Hi Davide, I've just looked at my folder tree for the replay and mine is -
    Documents/Automobilista2/savegame/304311374/Automobilista2/media.
In the media folder that's where the .med file goes.
Not sure whether Ams2 sets that folder tree up if you have no replays, but you could do a quick race and save the replay and then you can see where it goes.
    hope that helps
