    Welcome to Round 1 Malaysia GP

    Race conditions:
    This event will go into the night.


    Malaysia always provides a lot of close and exciting racing and is a favorite track of many sim racers.
    And for good reason ... The track has both very fast and technical sections. Getting a lap close to perfect is very rewarding because it is a track that challenges you on every corner. We sim racers will not suffer the heat exhaustion that real-life drivers may experience in Malaysia, so that will make it easier to race here for 90 minutes.

    I cant join the practice server, same message keeps on popping up. Have reinstalled the relevant car from the workshop but didnt resolve. Not sure what to do, any suggestions?

    Yeah, I got that too. It's a test server. The official one is coming soon :)
    It's not ready yet.

    Its working now, put in a couple of laps. Would be nice to see how competitive my lap times are, Its going to be my first race like this, done a couple of online races but not like this.

    Ok i found it. I would suggest if is possibile set the server on the race hour, so in night mode.

    The server is set at 16:00 pm with 3 x time acceleration. It starts in daylight and finishes in the dark.

    Yesterday night, when i tried, the practice time was always with sunlight until the end.

    The practice time is set by the default track files, not by the server configuration.

    Can't get on the server. I've subscribed and purchased the required mods. Any ideas how I can rectify, anyone? Untitled.png

    Hi Joe,

    I guess you have an old installation. Use the links on the champ page and do this:
    Un-subscribe both DPI's and start-up rF2 and let it remove them.
    Then subscribe again and try to enter.

    Also remove any old SRO DPI mod files from before if you see any.
    Nigel had the same problem and it worked for him,

    Thanks, John. I've done what you suggested but no joy. :( Other members of my team have also tried joining the server, doing what you suggested and deleting files through mod manager and have the same trouble as me.
