S397 GT3 & (Non-DLC) DPI Multiclass Series

Welcome to a new GT3 and DPI championship. As ever, this is going to be a racing season that will have every driver on the edge of his racing seat with action until the very last second of this championship.

We have taken great care in selecting tracks that will provide a good balance for multiclass racing between the GT3 and the DPI's and are exciting to race on.

We have added the BMW M4 GT3 to the GT3 pack.
Unfortunately, the DPI Caddilac is no longer available on Steam, so it can't be selected. But the DPI Acura and DPI Mazda will give us plenty of racing excitement.

We will have 3 rain events and there is going to be night racing.

We hope you will like what we have put together and are looking forward to seeing you on track!

Please hold off on buying the AMG Mercedes GT3, because I am swapping it for the new S397 BMW M4 GT3 that recently came out.
We will use that car instead of the old BMW M8 GT3.

No, the BMW M6 is replaced by the S397 BMW M4 GT3.
The server will be up 2 weeks in advance.

 

Thanks for reporting Alberto. If we can't subscribe to it anymore I will take the link down. Then we will race the DPI Acura as the only DPI.
It's funny because the Mazda download link here on SRO still works.

 

When I use this link (which is the same as the download link on the event page) I can see the car and I can subscribe to it.

Hi guys,

In order to get as many drivers on the grid as possible, we would like you to go to the S397 forum and voice your support for this series.
As of now, we are at 21 signups, but we want the max of 32 drivers of course with a few red lights for cancellations.

The more comments are given, the more will sign up!

Looks like the GT3 grid is full. If you change classes you will be red lighted.

 

If you need your team added to SRO pm Nigel Midelton and he will add your team! then once you have your team entered in the database you can un-register then re-register under the new team .. keep in mind if there are 'redlight' drivers un-registering will allow the red driver to take your spot & then you will be redlight when you re-register.

 

Good question .. If it's a release candidate prob not as we don't usually run the betas on the server, we stick with the latest public release. I think the server is currently on 1126.. (that's the build I'm on as well) We would need to check with Ken Jagger as he's been doing all the rF2 server updates & maintenance.
