Hello First of all - thanks for accepting my registration / sign-up. As I have already written a lot of info to the "about me" of my profile I would make things short - I am 50 years young and I was looking for another community with different racing series as the community I already joined and I think SRO offers this. I am not the fastest one, but I think I have a certain pace and I am always trying to be fair and sportsman like. I just registered for the Red Bull Ring race on Sunday and I think I will take the Ferrarri GT3 (also I need to look up if I have to provide my own skin, if I am allowed to take this car and so on). Regards, Dietmar
It's not mandatory, but you are allowed to use your own skin. Also, check out this video to get up to speed on this site.
I already watched the video after signup for registering to a series in the right way - most times I am looking for written tutorials first, but this is an easy to understand video (also I am not a native English speaker). I joined a session yesterday using the Ferrari (usually I am taking the Corvette but she's not available as far as I see) and it is pretty nervous at rear, so I will try the other GT3 cars in SP mode in order to find a one which is a bit easier to handle. I will see if I use my own skin - I have got a couple for the C8.R Corvette of the GTE class which could be transferred.
Does not have to be It won't make me faster, but it is a little bit more stable or at least I am more used to drive it. A few days ago I became aware of the mod from Apex for the FIA GT3 2012 and they feel pretty good to me - as I was looking for a community with a series using that ones Google proposed to have a look here ;-)
Hello I have to say sorry. but the time I registered here, I got an Covid infection a few days later on and it took me a couple of weeks to recover. I recently registered to the GTE winter series (still missing the C8.R which I was driving at SR4f Multiclass series), but maybe I will take the C7 or the Ferrari (don't know at the moment). Looking forward to the new event and hopefully there will be no interruption like the last time. Regards, Dietmar
