It won't??? Damn it lol Seems like bike or karting gloves are the way to go. I think ideally I just need them for better grip, in longer events is all. Probably won't make a world of difference though On a side note, I really do need some tuition to learn how the alien drivers do what they do. Some races in the past I've been so far off pace yet I think I'm driving fast and on the limit.
I had the ones from Jacques Villeneuve bought on eBay. His signature is stamped, not real and they look more like go-kart gloves. For info, they are blue. Or they look like gloves for mechanics. Anyway, unless you have a Fanatec wheel, it's kind of useless. I was thinking of buying the ones from Vettel or Raïkkonen but for a Thrustmaster wheel, wearing them then putting them off is a bit cumbersome. I think it can even defocus you from your own driving... but that's only my impression. If you want to buy a pair of racing gloves, it's good if you find the ones you like. If it's what you desire, so go get some
When I had my Fanatec GT3RS wheel, I found the suede covered rim was starting to be affected by my hands sweating, so I bought some cheapo Gym/Fitness/Weight Lifting gloves with half fingers which work great once bedded in. Can be had from £2/$3 'ish from ebay.
has this world gone totally mad Running gloves lol surely any gloves will do for running theyre not even gonna touch anything
yea it wasnt that some people choose to use gloves to race that i was getting at. It was the fact that there are actually particular gloves designed for running lol edit oh i get it now sorry LOL stupid me
Have you tried going out running in minus temperatures? They are designed to keep your itty, bitty, little fingers warm
