    ROUND 4 KICEVO

This circuit is located on a military base polygon in Kichevo, Macedonia. It is used as a venue in the Macedonian racing championship. Its narrow and bumpy track and dangerous runoff areas offer very close competition, very little space for error and guarantees an exciting race!

    location: FYR/North Macedonia
    type: Military Base Polygon
    length: 2km /1.24 miles

I can't get over the fact how well made this track is ... and fun to drive!
It's dangerous though. If you go off, you have a ditch waiting for you in some places. You can get out of them, but it will take time. :D:eek:
Next to Dundrod, this track is one of the highlights on the calendar for me.

The pink car in the video races dirtier than an old skip full of used nappies.

I can't get over how strange this track is! It's like a rally stage but with laps!

    Race password has been set.

(Be careful ... the car rolls backwards on the starting grid)

    Drivers briefing

    1. The use of the Esc. key in Qualification
Use of the Esc key during Qualifying is the equivalent of stopping your car and getting out. This may be done only in your pit stall. There are very few exceptions to this rule. Here are the only two we will currently consider. These exceptions are subject to change at any time:
    1. You run out of fuel in pit lane before reaching your pit stall.
    2. You sustain damage to your car as a result of another driver and cannot make it back to your pit stall. You must prove your qualifying session was wrecked by another driver and that you made an attempt to return to pit lane.

If you use the Esc key in any location other than your pit stall, your Qualifying session is over and you may not return to the track.

    2. Kicevo GP Conditions
    1) The race will start at 02:00 PM (in-game time of course)
    2) Time acceleration is normal. Fuel and Tires are set to normal.
    3) Cut Track points are set to 7
    4) This race has 100% damage
    5) There is no mandatory pitstop
    6) This event has a standing start

    3. The server password will be changed on race day. You can find the password for the race server on the Kicevo event page.

    4. You can find the server by first typing sro

    5. Unregistering in time if you can't make it.

    6. No-shows (keeping the entry list real)

If a driver does not show without unregistering for that event or letting us know that he can't make it on the event forum, he will be removed from the series.
If he is no longer interested in the series, it's fine like it is.
If he forgot about the event, he can sign up for the series again.

(You don't have to unregister for the whole series. You can unregister only for the event you can't do.)

    7. Please use the same name in the rFactor 2 game as on our signup list or it won't match in our automated result processing.

    8. Last but not least ... SIMRACINGONLINE wishes you a great race!

Interestingly we had the same rolling-backwards experience at Sugo in the PC2 race last night, even though the front straight is actually downhill o_O from the grid to Turn 1, at least it looks like it visually.

Went as expected, glad I didn't take anyone with me. Had a nice battle with Neil Wood for a few laps, but ultimately the car was too damaged and too tricky so went off again, then sped down the pitlane coming for repairs. One to forget.

Great commentary Rob. That was fun to watch!
Even though we're only 9 this race, it's pretty action packed!

  17. Great commentary and coverage Rob!..
That was hard work. Messed up quali but was happy to place 4th on the grid. Just touched one of the “killer” tyres which robbed me of a battle with Kiril. Managed to not drop too far down the field and from then on was nursing steering issues. Focussed on closing the gap on Kai and it paid off when he made a mistake, giving me second place back. Then it was full concentration on making no more mistakes and bringing it home for second.
    Very happy with that result.
Grats to Kiril and Woody for their podiums.

I completely agree with John, full of action!!:)
