To make you can use it again if you ever need to reinstall STEAM/rF2 make sure to do this: After installation copy this folder and keep it as a backup somewhere safe outside rF2. you can then copy the folder back into the same place in a new rF2 install. ..\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\365960\917387157
I know... but if you are backing up the track, you have a working version of the game. You won't need the folder when installing on a new PC, just the package file to put in your packages folder to install.
I don't know if it makes any difference in terms of being able to re-install it or not, but personally I'd put it back in the same folder structure as it was originally installed i.e. into the /Content Folder.
Nope... makes no difference. Because if you are installing a standalone rfcmp, it has NOTHING to do with the steam folder structure at all.
