Q pole was close. One lap was going to take it but made an error.
R i pushed so hard and eventually tyres didnt like it and called it and so did I. Let people by and just made sure ill finish the race.
And no didnt laugh Johnny, that lap marker didnt really get the hint :)
    Good race.

    No shows

The following no shows have been removed from the series:

    Riccardo Riva
    Dimitris Pappas
    Sami Aho
    Arnold Koch

If a driver does not show without unregistering for that event or letting us know that he can't make it on the event forum, he will be removed from the series.
If he is no longer interested in the series, it's fine like it is.
If he forgot about the event, he can sign up for the series again.

(You don't have to unregister for the whole series. You can unregister only for the event you can't do.)

What hint would that be? Honest question as I am trying to learn.

I saw you guys in the back starting about second to last corner and was going to lift on the straight as soon as you got close enough. Because I had my own little backmarker fights to fight. I made a mistake in that last corner under pressure and spun, there was no intention to obstruct lapping cars.

From what I saw on broadcast you did everything right. When getting lapped it is the faster cars responsibility to make a safe pass. All you need to do is stick to the racing line and be as predictable as possible. If a faster car pulls out of your draft near the end of the straight that would probably be a signal to brake a little earlier and stay wide.

An up and down race for me but overall I had a lot of fun doing it. Wanted to stay with @Johnny Gutierrez at the beginning but not ruin my tires. After about 30 minutes, Johnny made a small mistake in the last sector and could overtake him. Unfortunately, that didn't last long because I spun right in the first corner. At this point I lost about 7-8% on my rear left in one go and after that I had to be very careful in all the right turns. Shortly before the end of the race it got exciting again. @Toni Talvitie was suddenly very slow and that's why I took a look at my fuel level. I had to save fuel for the last 3 laps so that I could even finish. That turned out to be the right call in the end as I saw on the broadcast (very good one by the way!) that Johnny started the final lap with a second to go. The race looked really good on the broadcast throughout the whole field and my worries about track limits were completely unfounded. Amazing job guys! Now I'm all the more sad that I can't be with you at Silverstone, but maybe again afterwards. Greetings, Kiril

Times looked quick in practice and I was VERY lucky to get 6th on the grid. Got a good start but trying to keep out of trouble I took too much kerb into T1 and bumped into Nick Westy, lucky we got away with it. Up to a crowded T2 and I got a tag in the rear dropping me down to 11th with A LOT of track position to make up!! Probably didn't do my tyres much good.

Fought my way back up the field with many battles, trying my best not to scrub the tyres. I got another tag in the rear into the downhill right hander which nearly spun me around, down the field I went again!! Had a great battle with @Barrett Erickson which I appreciated. Sorry about nearly rear ending you into T2, you braked way earlier than me and it caught me out :)

Just had to keep the car intact for the remaining minutes, my tyres were in terrible condition. There were several corners where I had to tip toe around and not spin up the tyres. I never did look at the tyre condition but my spotter kept giving me warnings about them, I just wanted to get to the end!!

Chuffed with getting 4th, strangely found the tyres harder here than in Monaco, it seems that spins can really take the life out!

Congrats to all the drivers that used their sporting common sense with track limits for this race.

Would it be useful for everyone if I created custom windows for the next round with your driver names and numbers on? @John vd Geest

Mr. Noob reporting ... I don't know what that means or what it's for.

Maybe leave till another series as it would mean something to download for everyone, put it somewhere specific in the users installation and pick it before entering the server.

I am just trying to make the series that are broadcast more visible to those outside this championship and easier to follow (the reason why I tried to nail down the car info).

Of course this is my point of view. I think you did everything correctly to a point. It's great to ask questions I think, even if you know the answer as there might be different views.. I think the rfactor rearview mirrors tend to show the car further than what it really is. If a car is lapping me, I just tend to ease off the gas throttle a little down the straight or start easing off the gas toward the apex, just to make it easier for both parties. Less tension. If the lapping car has trouble passing you, and you can tell, don't be so hard-headed and ignore the situation as you can tell some on here do. You're asking for trouble. Learn to stay in the race for the endurance and not be a prick about how you know all the rules about racing. Have an open mind so we can all learn. The best thing for both parties, have patience. That always pays off. I hope to see you on track Eugene.

Thats what I am always trying to do. I run tinypedal relative and radar and knew for certain that cars behind me are leading cars. I just didn't take immediate action because Tinypedal was showing 1.5-2 seconds right until T1 and I was still going because I was gaining on P15 car and hoped to fight them. I knew for sure that the corner where incident happened would be my last corner before I lift and let you guys pass. Unfortunately it didn't work as I planned and I lost it there.

We both race at CMS multiclass and I always take action to accommodate Hypercar and lapping GT3 Pro traffic. Too bad I can't signal my intentions during the race, I just want you to know when you lap me next time - I am aware and am working on letting you pass.
